That is my point, too. There are plenty of better ways to earn more BTC per minute of your clicking (paid adverts, mini tasks, signature campaigns) that if you at all decide for this business faucets are the last option on the list. Back in the old days of BTC when you could earn nearly a full coin from a faucet - yes that was worth it, but these days are long gone.

i think it can be worth it if you play for fun and do some gambling and have fun. besides the earnings from there can be spent for transaction fees!

Could not disagree with you more. With Freebitco.in a newbie are guaranteed to get a payout. So even if he has zero income in real life and no skills, he can still make some money.

People here are biased against faucets, because they are already in a position where they made money or they are in a high paying job in real life. {If you get paid $5 per hour in your job, and you get $0.01 from faucets per hour, it would be a waste of time for the guy getting paid $5 per hour.... Only difference being... the guy using the faucet only spend 3 minutes in that hour to solve 1 capthca.... what did the other guy have to do with his hour?}

Yes, there are better ways to make money, if you find it, but if you not there yet... use the faucets.. it's FREE.

Free is free, i dont see a downside to faucets, specially this one (i still use it myself ), only takes me a few seconds every hour to get almost 1k satoshi just from this site alone. Plus, also has a gamble feature if your feeling lucky !

It is one of my favourite faucets, because of the feeling that every roll you can theoretically win a substantial amount of crypto and even if you don't you just wait and try again. I mean some other faucets have like biggest win of 1000 satoshi or whatever but it is just dust and there is little to no incentive to even bother. Here you find a few seconds every hour for a chance to win big and its fine 
Besides that, they always pay and if you prefer to not get paid you can gamble to zero at the same place

If you spin 10 times per day, *1000 days= 10000 options. You have 1/10000 to hit 10000 so you would hit 10000 in about 2.75year=2years and 9 months.

can't find the official freebitco.in thread, so i thought i'd post here. the odds are ridiculously bad.. so bad that i'm not sure if it's worth doing.

you basically have a 9 in 10,000 chance to win 1.9 cents,  7 in 10,000 chance to win 19 cents, 3 in 10,000 chance to win $1.89, 2 in 10,000 chance to win $18.90, and 1 in 10,000 chacne to win $189.

these are based on BTC value of 630/per.

The chance you stated to the biggest price (i.e. $200) is wrong. They are using maths tricks to mislead everyone. After I see how they calculate the number the actual chance should be 1 in 20000 (from 9999.5 to 10000). This is only half of the chance they tried to show you. (However only the jackpot gives the average value of 1 cent per claim ($200/20000). Still worth to try this.
