While the Bitcoins store their capital, many millionaires have no chance of Ethereum to overcome it and come out on top.

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

No ethereum is not a threat to bitcoin because bitcoin has a great potential and it is the king of coins. People believe and trust in bitcoin is most than any other coin.

I don't think that Ethereum is a threat to bitcoin. Some people have been talking about it for long, but Ethereum has never been and would never be a threat to bitcoin. Frankly speaking, bitcoin has got no competitor.

Only once bitcoin supremacy was in danger and that was because of ethereum. ETH is a good strong coin having superb dev team behind it. It might be possible in future that ETH will overtake bitcoin.

It sounds like a threat and you use unnecessary comparisons. I think very few people resist this and most likely the people on this forum are much ethereum than bitcoin.

Etherium is a more powerful crypto platform than bitcoin. However, strategically it is not profitable for him to overthrow bitcoin. If bitcoin goes away, the credibility of the crypto industry will be weakened as a revolutionary crypto movement to the financial supremacy in the world.

Nope ethereum will never be a threat to bitcoin. Bitcoin is legendary and the foundation of all cryptocurrencies. Although ethereum have a potential to increase in value but it will never surpass bitcoin.

Ethereum will or can never becomes a threat to bitcoin,I found ethereum to be more expandable with the erc20 capability ,ethereum and bitcoin never runs on same algo ,bitcoin uses sha256 and ethereum is ethash ,plain and simple .

How can an altcoin be a threat to the first cryptocurrency in the world? No, Ethereum lives with its own life, and Bitcoin does not care about it. Hopefully, most of the people do understand it well.

There is no competition between bitcoin and the Ethereum. They will both live their lives and develop in parallel.

For me, ethereum will not surpass Bitcoin. Bitcoin is too strong, too many supporter. Because these two crypto has different functionality, let's say BItcoin is pure Payment, and ethereum also have their smart contracts which can help every businesses.

Yes, I also thought like that.
Ethereum is more popular than Bitcoin.
Besides that, I think Bitcoin has a price value that is more expensive than Ethereum, making many people choose Ethereum for investment.

Ethereum has a huge potential for practical application and perhaps in the future this coin will be more popular than bitcoin. But while, speculations in the market is focused on BTC and we need to wait for the adoption of bitcoin ETF.

I don't think ethereum is a threat to bitcoin, although they are both popular and useful in the crypto world. But for me ethereum will always be secondary to bitcoin which is the founder and the foundation of all cryptocurrencies.

Ethereum does not in any way threaten Bitcoin. Every crypto currency has its own investors. They have different functions in the crypto currency market. Bitcoin is the leader in the crypto currency market in the world.

No, it's only by the end of 2017 that people still think so, but now ETH has lost the trust of many, and they are no longer eager to hold onto ETH for long. They only use ETH to trade other tokens.

I don't believe ethereum is a threat to bitcoin due to the fact that their both have a different role in the cryptocurrency world and bitcoin is going to remains the king of cryptocurrency as long as market capitalization is concerned.

I thought it would definitely be a rival in the last run, but the recent fall has shown that it is very difficult. I need to get a good boost to be able to compete with Btc.
