 with the PoS transition, NIX's inflation schedule will be changing drastically as well. Here are the ratios:
These numbers calculate to this block reward ratio:

**70% GN, 20% stakers, 10% dev fund.**

**Max supply will be reduced from 175m to 102.5m NIX**,
1.5% dynamic inflation per year goes to stakers(which will most likely be around **5% ROI with 30% of the network staked**), Ghostnode rewards get reduced to **47% of the CURRENT VALUE (17.92 to 8.442)** which accounts to around a **16% ROI at current node levels**. Development fund decreases to about **30% of the CURRENT VALUE (4.5 to 1.28)**. Inflation will be around **3.15m per year and will decrease every 4 years halving period**. 

An example on how this effects the NIX inflation, with the current inflation schedule, it would take us 4 years to reach 105m NIX, now in 4 years we will barely be breaking 50m NIX.

Please note that the reduction in ghostnode rewards and development fund rewards correspond to the reduction in fairness of inflation now that PoS will be active instead of a PoW inflation schedule. We have thought about this extensively and have decided that this inflation model is the best representation for long term sustainability. Patience. The switch will happen in a week. Then as the market adjusts over the next couple weeks I think we will see movement. My thoughts on this switch to POS and the numbers:   

Remember ghost nodes were getting 28% of the new NIX currently with POW. Now they are getting 70%. So each day those 70% of NIX go to node owners thus making the nodes more valuable within the NIX ecosystem. Next important part to consider is this. In the previous model of POW ~46k nix hit market each day. In 4 years before the change, supply would have been around 105mil, now 50mil. So if things would have stayed where they were the amount of ghost nodes which has been hovering around roughly 36% of locked supply, (after 4 years 36%  of 105mil is roughly 945 nodes!) where as 36% of 50 mil, would be 450 nodes! You would need to have more than two nodes after 4 years just to keep up with inflation to hold your value within the NIX ecosystem. Node block rewards are great, but that is not going to be the true driving value of what will make ghost nodes so profitable in the future, that will come from the transaction rewards. This DEX manager is only ONE dapp. Using the 36% locked supply as above, this switch will allow each node to reap more of the transaction rewards instead of diluting it and splitting it between 945 nodes, we split it between 450, thus allowing each node to earn a much bigger piece of the transaction rewards pie, making your NIX and your node that much more valuable within the NIX ecosystem.

If you own 10k 20k or 30k nix and are a member of the nix Vip club you can run a pooled ghost node ran by the nix team.

To join the VIP club you have to post once day on here and do 1 post a day on Twitter with the $NIX cashtag for 30 consecutive days. Join the discord and speak to a mod for more info if you're interested.

Other than that there are no official node shares available but maybe gin platform or a similar company will offer it down the line
