my first goal was to test the client around 26 jan and if everything is working well to release it after these tests.
atm i am testing and since not everything is working as i like this has to fixed before release.
moreover, i am having 24 coding days on my clock now. some days (not planed) was used for DNA features instead AE.
i know DNA is not most important now but it will pay off later. nxt needs besides a client also usefull showcases to gain
media attention. even if i am mainly a coder i am running my own business a long time to know that these parts are
important too. therefore, i will stop on this topic now and just continue to work. ;-)
I for one think, judging from the screens, that you are doing a fucking great job! The mules and fictionlesscopies around here are just so eagerly awaiting your client like an ice cream on a hot sunny day that they start crying because they can't wait any longer  Take your time, let them suffer a bit. People like you and the other devs are the reason NXT will be big! |

If something is open source, it will clearly state that. If not, then it probably isn't. It's up to every independent developer to decide for themselves. |

when is the nxt distributed exchange going to be up and running?
When the community tests it and is satisfied with the result. ok im just wondring if mastercoin get theres out first will that put us on the back foot? and just to clarify, distributed exchange.. does that mean i will be able to put fiat on to it and buy nxt or is it simply for trading assets with colored coins ect? im just thinking if there is a way to buy nxt with out having to put your money on centralized exchange and run the risks of loosing it through the exchange closing up and doing a runner/mistakes in orders(cryptsy) and all the withdrawl problems ect.. is that even achievable? You will be able to put fiat on it using a gateway and then trade that asset on the p2p AE. We are going to try to provide a gatway. The EUR Sepa purchase and redeem of assets are ready. BTC purchase/redeem assets is in development and should be ready by start of next week. As soon as there is an AE trade client done and AE is released our NXT-EURO Gateway can be opened. I dont know other ways of entering with fiat in the AE.. this sort of gateways will still be sort of centralized! My friend and I are working on a solution to help alleviate the trust issue (hopefully without too much centralization) and promote the creation of fiat-gateways. We will use many features and developments that have happened over the last few months. |

They kept postponing their projects and waiting for a key to solve their problems. |
