The problem of using Qubic's algo is that Qubic uses quorum instead of blockchain approach. Blockchain data is visible to everyone unlike Qubic, where transactions r visible only to a limited part of participants...

What does everyone think about a mascot character for Nxt? I know I would like one  And I'm pretty sure it will go down well in Japan with all the otaku (nerds).

We should have some sort of animal/human hybrid creature like a centaur, for instance. It symbolizes that Nxt is something that has never been seen before.

I'd go no against mythological creatures, too easy for the FUDers. "A Centaur? It's mythological just like Nxts features!" etc...

+1. Zerocoin's approach is not a simple mixing. And if the SNARK thing will hold, it will allow all sorts of applications.

The ability to prove that you've executed some code might not seem like much, but it's actually really cool!

legal clause that allows us to properly limit clones stealing NXT code, while still keeping us in compliance with the open source licenses we use.

Maybe if jean-luc would release the refactored core under a no-clone license, it would solve this?
