I am totally agree to what you just said about bitcoin volatility. It only has a limited supply so thats why when people buy a lot of the supply, the demand is high and the price goes up too. When people sell a large amount then thats the time when price goes down. It is just a basic law of supply and demand. Volatility is high in bitcoin due to its very limited supply.

Its unpredictable and no one can give guarantee of its price. You can't call fiat as volatility since its under control of government and they deicide of changing currency price.
