Ico is a good investment option right now, sometimes there are still many ico who have a bad reputation and they just do a scam. But when we are good at observing and analyzing carefully then I am sure we can choose a good ico. A good Ico usually has a professional team and has a good reputation. I think if you want to invest in the ICO, make sure you know the projects and you read all their details. I think to invest in ICO still safe but you need to choose the ICO and don't invest too much in the ICO because they are already released so invest the money that you can afford. maybe eligma is a good choice but you need to take a look about their projects and if you have a time, you need to talk with the dev and the team about the project so you can decide.

In fact investing in just one would seem pretty bad of a decision to make. ICOs are extremely volatile and risky investments to make, altcoins are a little less risky since the initial launch phase has already passed, and BTC is probably the one coin that you want to hold for the long run.

Construct your portfolio this way - 25% ICO tokens, 50% altcoins, and 25% BTC. That is a healthy portfolio imo. It is true that ICO interest has died down a bit, which means that you need to not only diversify into all three categories of investments, but also pick your ICOs carefully so that you don't get negative returns.

I agree with your opinion here. Diversifying your funds is the best answer to the question posted by op, but I would specify different percentages. I would have invested:

-40% BTC
-30% Altcoins
-30% ICO tokens

My primary reason for investing heavily into Bitcoin is due to the possibility of acquiring huge profits in the long term. I would invest equal amounts into both altcoins and ICO tokens separately since both are far more volatile than Bitcoin and there is a chance to earn insane profits from both in the short term which is my reasoning here. Don't invest all your funds into a single op which would be a poor way of investing in my opinion.

Investing in bitcoin ,altcoin and even ICO is worth it but make sure you have limit . Because even it's have potential you get profit you can also lose capital. You should diversify is more like the answer here because it is never wise to put all of your money into a single place. Start by investing in bitcoin as that is the first cryptocurrency your money should go into. Then get some altcoins, some really good altcoins which you can hold for the long term and finally, start looking at ICOs to start investing in.
