There are so many New ICO's these day ? Is that safe to invest in ICO ? any 1 invested in 2018 ? 2017 was the year of ICO's but is that still safe to invest ? or how to know which ICO is good to invest ? like GIG9, Eligma, Medicalchain, Trustedthealth

For me it is safe to invest in ico especially when the ico you will invested is popular like ingot because investing your money in ico that have a high hardcap is very worth it, and it is also better to invest your money in bitcoin because the price is stable at $6k.

I think it is safe to invest on ICO but we should carefull when we decide to choose ICO because many scam ICOs in market. I am prefer buying coin that already on exchanger because some altcoin have price below ICO price

You should take the time to learn about this market, to give an overview of a project you should look at  ICO's big review site, how to review and rating it and look at the number of participant who follow if the project is holding a bounty or airdrop project, the more reliable it is.

I will unit successful investing in cryptocurrencies is trying to diversify his Investment portfolio by making and investments into all three of this areas that you listed here. I'm trying to stick with ICO so far.

This is something which i think you should decide for yourself bruh...never trust the advice of someone in crypto investments. It may have worked for him during that period but it can  mess up your financial status at another time. Trust in your instincts and do your research and you are good to go.
