If you guys ever invested in a downloadable instead of flash software for poker  you would get a significant bump in traffic. I know you are trying and it is appreciated but the flash poker software just doesn't cut it. Last time I played had problems placing bets with the slider are you able to manually type in bets?  Sports betting site is the bees knees though. How many runners did the 25 chip omaha get?  Making it a 150 chip guarantee might get it running doubt much traffic without a guarantee.

Good book but very disappointed with the poker.  Much better options out there.    

Well, I have been playing on Nitrogen for a while now, and I am afraid there is actually something wrong with it.
I read a comment about Uncle Nerve(plays a lot of hourlies and tournaments) , being Nitrogen. But I think he has access to the RNG generator or something.
He has been winning al all ins preflop/flop with worse hands. And Hits outers on the river. Well ofcourse can be variance, but only he manages to do it All the time, and has happened 6 out of 7 times.
Nitrogen did promise to look into it, and assured he wasn't Nitrogen , but still it has got me off the site atleast for poker.

What's going on in there, winning all night with crappy hands ? What does the admins has to say about this ?! whats going on... guys..

lol^ need a few more hands then that to prove collusion or cheating looks like a random suckout to me. Someone earlier mentioned players discussing hands and actions in windows while playing that is def a no no.

Thanks for the suggestions, donk4u. We're always looking at and adjusting the poker schedule based on users feedback.

In regards to the bet slip, you can use the search function to type in which event you're looking for, then you type in the risk amount, to minimize the slider use. I've actually never heard of that problem before, so if it happens again to you, please submit a support ticket.

Just so you know that it can take up to 24 hours for Support Tickets to be responded to. If you didn't know that previously, we do have it posted on the support ticket page. While we certainly strive to respond to all our users questions, comments, and concerns faster than that, sometimes there are instances where it can take longer. Our response times are far quicker than the industry standard, and this is something which is a point of pride for us. Obviously, as with any business, there are hours when there are more staff working than at others. We are always looking at improving our response times and customer service and we hope that soon all users will see an improvement.

As Jenny has previously mentioned to you, this forum is solely used by the marketing team for Nitrogen Sports. Support issues are only dealt with through the support ticketing system on the site.
