That's encouraging, as my goal is to get information that will make me feel secure about making deposits as I've been doing, leave it in there, and not worry about getting paid or having to wait several hours to be paid when I do decide to withdraw.
But the stoppage of Auto withdrawals is recent.
I'm amending my suggestion to now read:
" Nitrogen customers - Going forward (beginning today) Post here the amount of time it takes you to receive a withdrawal."
This was all in the last week or two, since auto w/ds were stopped.
It would probably serve your case well if you could articulate what about non-instant withdraws makes you feel that the system may be non-secure.At 2:06 am today (middle of the night) I made a withdrawal.
It took about 30 minutes to be sent to my wallet. It was withdrawn from my account, but listed as "Pending" until then.
During the ridiculously long wait, from a company which used to do
instant withdrawals, I asked some questions via the "Support" option on the site.
I was told an audit is being conducted on withdrawals for "fairness".
" ...just some quality control ensuring fair play!" and "...to check that the funds being withdrawn were accumulated fairly."
I decided to withdraw the remainder of my balance while waiting for the 1st withdrawal.
So at 2:44 am I attempted a withdrawal of my balance. The amount was about 1.5 btc more than the 1st withdrawal.
It was withdrawn from my account instantly.
And then I waited. And waited. for 2 hours and 32 minutes total, for something which should have been instant.
I gathered from a comment from cs on the website "Support" that my withdrawal was considered a large withdrawal.
However, Nitro has 10 btc limits on some sports I bet, and I imagine larger limits on some sports, so I'm surprised my withdrawal was considered large, as I'd think they must have much larger deposits on the site.
When I asked during this long wait what was going on, I was told by the same cs rep that "It is finishing the final stages of an audit for fair play."
I pointed out that they had just audited my account "for fair play" for the 1st withdrawal, and I hadn't made any additional bets since.
So why waste time re-auditing an account which had been audited about 15 minutes earlier?
I was then told "Usually when a user withdrawals all funds from their account we like to run an audit to ensure their account has not been hacked..." and that the "fair play" audit is only part of the overall audit.
I had a use for the coins, and so was up hours past when I wanted to go to bed, waiting for my funds.
Some comments:

When companies make changes which impose on customers and make things worse, it is ALWAYS presented as "in the customer's interest".
No. None of this was in my interest. It was clearly all in the interest of Nitro, and zero% in my interest.
An automatic withdrawal was in my interest.
Nothing occured which put my safety and security first. (See #4 below).
2) ALL withdrawals have been manual for several weeks now, yet Jenny in this thread and the cs rep I dealt with thru "Support" posting both pretend that this only happens "sometimes".
No, it happens all the time, always.
3) If Nitro has a leak in their software, fix the leak.
"Audit for fairness" is nonsense.
Conducting a 2nd audit minutes after the 1st withdrawal audit, one which took 5 times as long, is nonsense.
There was another reason for my long wait.

No.
If Nitro had an interest in making sure my account was not hacked, they would have sent me an email to the address they have for me.
I checked during the long wait, no email was sent.
Of course, a hacker could've also hacked into my email, but he may not have, and it's one way to try to make sure I wasn't hacked.
I don't buy this excuse. Nothing was done for MY benefit here, although it's trying to be spun that way.
And although this shouldn't be important, I was at the same location with the same ISP as I've used for the majority of my communication with Nitro since joining.
It doesn't take 2.5 hours to check the path of my incoming connection to them.
Also, nothing I did was out of my normal pattern since I've been there.
So...
If Nitro took a total of 3 hours plus of stall time for 2 withdrawals they considered large, for something that formerly they did instantly ...try to come up with some theories as to why.

It's not that I feel the system is non-secure. What bothers me is the most obvious reason for why they've stopped manual withdrawals, and then stall 3 hours for processing my deposits, which is alarming.
It's not that hard to understand. Several others in this thread have already voiced it.
