Why does nitrogen prompt me to login every time I visit the site? Shouldn't it remember that i've logged in once today already? It can be quite annoying to have to log in 5 different times each day every time the tab gets closed.

This is defintiely a "By design" feature to ensure the security of accounts. However I can see how this might be frustrating, especially if you are the only user that uses your private computer. Perhaps an optional 'remember me for x hours' checkbox while logging in could be added. I'll pass this suggestion along to the tech team.

I did find that frustrating too.  Definitely make it an option, IMHO.  But only make it an option as you don't want to switch it on people who aren't used to it.

Also regarding gogo's concern about the parlay, I agree with him that it took me a little to figure it out.  I actually think the "default" if selecting more than 1 pick should be straight bets, and then make you click parlay if that's what you want, instead of the opposite.

Also regarding live betting on the exchange, it seems pretty dead whenever I look at it. Is there any time or sport that it gets busy for?  I'm interested in it but would like it to be more liquid. Thanks

So I feel pretty crappy doing this, but I have a pending bet from Friday. The wager has had about 36 hours+ to be graded, but hasn't. Here's he wager:

This was on Friday.

If I'm honest I'm expecting some sort of comp, but I'll do with a graded 'win' lol.

Yes it usually takes awhile for some esports to be graded. Up to 24 hours in some cases depending on the game/league/etc.

Don't feel crappy; we understand! It looks like this was a bet on a tournament matchup. This means that either the tournament must be over, or one of the players must be cut before the wager is graded. Since these things haven't happened yet, unfortunately your wager will remain pending for a little longer.

ESports can definitely take a little longer to grade. As others mentioned, we have to find sources and do the grading manually, so it can take up to 24 hours. I'm so sorry it's been a frustrating wait! Congratulations on your win!

When I try to make a bet , I make the bet for the max you allow.
The 59 cent free bet is at just under the confirm bar.

I don't know how many times I must have hurriedly clicked on the "Use free bet" instead of "Confirm bet", and now I get a message saying the bet can't be confirmed because I'm over the limit (by 59 cents).

I know I should just go in and use the 59 cent free bet, but if I ever have another free bet I'll have the same problem.

Please remove it from under the Confirmation bar. Just have a link somewhere else to "Use free bet".

When we provided the free bets to thank our loyal customers, we provided anyone who had placed more than 20 bets over the previous month a free bet worth their average wager size during that time period. We also thanked those who missed the 20 bet requirement with a .001 btc free bet. It sounds like you might have received .001 btc; I'm sorry you've run into issues using this free bet!

If you'd like to use the bet, please place a wager where the risk amount equals the value of the free bet. This should correct the issue of being over the limit. If you'd prefer that we remove the coupon from your account, I can certainly accommodate this.
