I have an open support ticket with nitrogensports. Probably have bet about 800-1200 BTC in the span of a couple months on this account. Id consider myself a daily bettor and a good customer... The packers/patriots second half line was left up all the way until the patriots punted on the first sequence. I have heard of and once had an instance where the cancelled a play because it had started. However, this play did lose, and I was unaware the game had started when I was making the bet. It wasn't well underway but a punt on the first series is quite significant.

Anyways, they feel they shouldn't have to void/cancel the bet and return the amount of BTC that was wagered. Their argument is that although the EVENT had started, nothing significant happened. They admit to it have starting but they keep telling me to refer to their rules, because they have discretion over what is significant. Just want to point this out and make everyone aware. I bet on many other btc sites and never had anything like this happen. They are in the wrong for leaving late lines up, or else I could of never made the mistake. They are also in the wrong for not refunding all late wagers.

No I didn't bet blindly. I don't necessarily sit and watch the halftime show.... I wasn't in front of the tv when I had placed the bet. But soon after placing it the half was well started...

You are complaining because the bet lost. Plain and simple. If it had won, would you be asking them to take your funds back?

Great to hear you like it!

We implemented that feature just over a month ago now along with a bunch of other new features:

• You can tile the pop-out tables- Don’t have to waste time manually adjusting all the tables you’re playing.
• Automatic top-up at every table- it can be accessed by clicking on the 'gear' icon at the top right of the chat window area.
• Replacing the drop down menus with tabs to make it easier to switch between the sportsbook and poker.
• Time bank- A feature that lets you think through a play more thoroughly, giving you the extra time you need to make the right tactical choice.
• Under the Game Settings Tab some customizable options include: Four color deck. Muck losing hand. Don’t show winning hand.

Late bet is still not settled. They admitted to it being late. Both me and nitro have official sources saying its late. I have had 0 complaints about this site and have been betting everyday on it for a while. I have bet hundreds of btc and bet lots of BTC daily. If your going to cancel winners, which you guys do, cancel all late wagers. Don't be selective and take whatever is advantageous to the house. Support tickets are unanswered for over 24 hours now, and they won't let me speak to a site administrator. Be skeptical.
