Well DB takes literally minutes after the bet is settled and 30+ minutes is too much, don't know why that much time is needed to confirm that an event is over or which side has won when the results are updated all over the internet within seconds. For some bets it is understandable but if the event is over all bets should get settled within 10 minutes tops.

I was told my account would be closed if I continue to the bet the way I did (or something along those lines), however, my account was unlocked and I was able to withdraw my bitcoins.

Oh, that is very interesting. What is your betting pattern and what games you play? Jetwin staff had to think it is some sort of exploit going on if you were very lucky with your bets or you cheated.
Do you by any change used another account on Jetwin? If yes, that is the case.
