(Check my history i posted on them half a year ago)

Did you fill all forms on thr "personal details" on your account? If yes, do you fill it the same with your ID?
I also got the no deposit bonus and on the way to complete the wager requirement, just a bit afraid if I need to upload my ID card.
Is it only required for those take the no deposit bonus or is it required to all players?

They will never reply to this question because if they say now that there is no need for identity doc in this case then later it would be hard to confiscate your funds

I was right, they told me to try with another browser but it didn't solve the problem, they then informed that they have forwarded the problem to their IT department and 20 minutes later they told me to withdraw and it will work and it did, I withdrew and it was instant.

Whether to withdraw in situ must require verification ID..?? . I guess if it's not very nice to be treated to a gambling site, because there is no gambling in the fraud could be done (except the site owners).
