this exactly what was happened to me , you know bitcoin give you an anonymity power and that part was one of many reason i prefer used bitcoin for gamble . but jetwin looks do everything to make people who successfully fulfilled the rollover to be denied their withdrawal. or their system full of mistakes?
and yeppp i prefer upload the document first before start playing and chase the rollover requirement rather than play for nothing like this because in the end they blocked and confiscated our winning amount even we have uploaded the docs. it's hurt you know , makes people feel like dumbass and mocked. sorry jetwin for this words i honestly don't trust anyone who have thousand reasons to deny.

Jetwin earlier cancelled my bets because they (odds provider) are too slow on dropping odds.  
(Check my history i posted on them half a year ago)

don't know what exactly they want , first they told me to register an anonymous account to get no deposit bonus then i received the bonus and completed fulfill wager requirement , and then they ask me to upload my document > i uploaded it ( so dumb i am ) > then they just closed my account for false data reason  . who did not confused about this situation? they only can repeated this sentence to respond "I regret to inform you that your account will remain closed" .......... bla... bla.. bla.....

Did you fill all forms on thr "personal details" on your account? If yes, do you fill it the same with your ID?
I also got the no deposit bonus and on the way to complete the wager requirement, just a bit afraid if I need to upload my ID card.

It can't be that as I have played and withdrawn from the site before and they provided instant withdrawals and it wasn't any promotion/bonus, I deposited BTC and won.

I was right, they told me to try with another browser but it didn't solve the problem, they then informed that they have forwarded the problem to their IT department and 20 minutes later they told me to withdraw and it will work and it did, I withdrew and it was instant.
