i have actually cleared a few of the bonuses they have run including the 25 no deposit, all i had to do was verify a phone number, and did not have to send in any documents to withdraw..i am located in the U.S.A, and have not had any issues at all.
  of the reasons i have heard of them asking for documents is when there have been issues with people trying to get the promo using multiple accounts.

Regarding this KYC , can we verify our identity first before receive or make bet from bonus? So we have a guarantee that we will able to withdraw.

Oh my bad.. I must have addressed this in another thread for this site. I eventually got hold of support through the site and they gave me the code to punch in and I was good to go from that point. Actually lost my wager almost instantly.

This site is good and trusted but this is for only for high roller. Other site offer the lowest minimum bet at .001 which is very affordable to most people. Can you guys consider lowering your minimum bets? Just a suggestion.
