Thats gross,any site using bitcoin to push forward a platform should not be asking for verification of identity. Go open a site that does not use bitcoin if you want to run a site in this manner,using bitcoin to prop up a site is shady due to the fact that you know bitcoin is supported for its anonymous aspects. To pull this just shows you are not understanding the client base. Lost me as a potential customer,good luck. You can open anonymous account and use our services without any KYC obligations. If you heave registered full account and received bonus, you must verify your identity. Regarding this KYC , can we verify our identity first before receive or make bet from bonus? So we have a guarantee that we will able to withdraw. I see there is several guy who complaints they've played the bonus and cleared the requirements but when they try to withdraw they stuck on this KYC. Thanks! |

I eventually got hold of support through the site and they gave me the code to punch in and I was good to go from that point. Actually lost my wager almost instantly. |

What I should if Jetwin don't confirm my documents? I uploaded it multiple times but only thing I can see that my document verification is pending. |

This site is good and trusted but this is for only for high roller. Other site offer the lowest minimum bet at .001 which is very affordable to most people. Can you guys consider lowering your minimum bets? Just a suggestion.

A few years ago I remember reading in this thread that this bookmaker voids bets when they determine that the odds you chose were too good (even though they offer the odds themselves) - they called this "steam plays", or some other such bullshit. Obviously, this means this bookie is a joke.
Is this still the case?
