Same with my wallet. Have 1.3 version. Something happened. It seems doges are dead. =(
If i had something on cryptomarkets i would dump it right now.

1.3 doesn't fully guarantee you're on the right chain.

HOW TO GET OUT OF SHITTO HOLE

1 everyone update to 1.3

2. close client, delete old "blkindex.dat"  (in ~AppData\Roaming\DogeCoin\blkindex.dat)

3. start dogecoin-qt, and the blockchain data from correct fork will download.

4. ...?

5. land on moon

maybe open up new wallet in a VM of 10.8 or 10.9?

monie will be there for doge tomorrow or whenever the fuck someone makes a 10.9.1 compliant wallet.

for now, try to refrain from sending doge to anyone until this clears up.  if you are on a different chain from your shibe you will not be able to communicate.

You are absolutely correct. Mining is flooding the market and there are not enough outlets for circulation. I stopped selling a week and a half ago and am stockpiling for awhile. Getting real cheap to pile these up.
