I really think that the tik tok hype didn't really help Doge. Yes it received massive exposure but it was built on hype saying to buy Doge its going to $1. This will never happen with Doge and as soon as people started to understand this the price started to fall and has been ever since. Like I have said the main use case for Doge is transferring from exchanges and other sites as the fees are a lot cheaper then most coins out there so that is where the main demand comes for Doge so don't expect anything big in the way of price in the future. I can maybe see a few hundred sats to 1k sats if crypto explodes but beyond that I just can't see it.

That's my point, Doge now days mostly pumps on hype from a well know personality to a bunch of people on tik tok hyping up the coin. Yes I do believe that once the next bull cycle for Alts comes that Doge will rise but not as high as most think. Lets keep in mind that the supply continues to grow daily so that means there needs to be new people coming in daily buying just to support the current price. The supporters will also buy but eventually Doge will need a lot more new people coming in and buying and even when the tik tok hype was going on the price didn't really move as much compared to a coin with a lower supply.

What you said is right, once we any development activity of the team will help the Dogecoin to increase it's price very fast. Now it is a very good chance to grab the Dogecoin at the current value because we can see the price of Bitcoin surge and crossed more than 12000$ marks.

In this cycle, last real DOGE pump was in September 2018,more than 2 years ago.With BTC rising, there are very little chances that we will see real DOGE pump in another 6 months.So,in this cycle time between pumps will be at least 30 months,double than in the previous cycle of 2017.It talks a lot about coin strength,that it is on lower level than before. There are a lot of reasons for that,from appearance of many more interesting coins and tokens ,that DOGE developpment is in deep freeze...I agree with you that next DOGE pump will be much more modest than one in 2017,about half size of it,except if some institutional investors take DOGE as one of crypto currencies in theirs portfolio,which is not very likely or Musk starts to sell Tesla shares for DOGE

Yes that's right. People need to understand that this next bull run for Doge is not going to be like the last one. There is just way too much circulating supply now and also developments are basically dead where as in 2017 the team were active and the supply wasn't as high as it is now. I'm thinking that we may see a 2x - 5x but nothing much higher then this.

Compared to other top 100 cryptocurrencies in cmc, Doge remains to be a solid project despite the lack of devs supporting it. What make me not to believe in the future of Doge, is that it hasn't any real use case and for the fast transactions that can be made with it, it can be replaced by hundreds of other crypto almost faster than it.

If you do have spare money to forget then that's really a good catch, doge eventually will be played and hype again. Whoever it is that's another question to check out.

But if you do remember each year that passed there's always time period for Doge to get another pumped and be quiet, it's timing and better reserve that will keeps you to have a good chance earning from this project.

There are better highly recommended investments, much newer technology too rather than a chain that has not been updated, upgraded or tweaked for years. Apart from the brand name and meme there is not much else to DOGE for investors to be confident of.

It does have low transactions fees at many exchanges so sometimes when wanting to withdraw to personal wallets it makes sense to convert BTC to DOGE in order to avoid paying high tx fees, apart from that there needs to be another promotion mentioning DOGE for things to look up otherwise it seems to be on that long slippery slide.

Yes I do agree with the members here saying that Doge could be a good investment for smaller investors because of the cheap price however as I have also said I wouldn't expect much gains. The price continues to fall now below 20 sats on some exchanges, it will be interesting to see where the new floor price will be because I thought that it would hold at around 25 sats but I was wrong.

Agree, but most of the people have strong faith towards dogecoin but whether it will increase its price or not we have to wait and see. In CMC, we are seeing Doge is in a good position and along with the market, the price of Dogecoin will surely increase.
