b) it can be only one address of bunch a person has, and that person could hold far more that just 7billion coins

Well I'm saying that you can't really know that, but you can't rule out such a possibility. This is why one should hold a few of many altcoins (not all of the copy/scam ones). I keep a few million DOGE just in case.

100 BTC volume isn't that much for DOGE. The 24 hour volume is often over 600 BTC and not too long ago we used to see 1,500+ BTC volume. (100 BTC in 2 hours would be ~1,200 in a day)

If you compare the volume of other coins right now, 100 BTC is pretty small. That shouldn't worry you.
