Thought you guys might be interested. The Dogecoin subreddit is planning to form a new organization. Sounds like it's leaning towards democratically elected leaders across multiple committees, overseeing such things as PR, infrastructure, and charity. Thought it was interesting myself. Like watching a nation being born.

Can't wait to read the Dogecoin Consititution. Such laws. Much democracy. Wow.

I think, despite what's happened with other foundations, that this is a step in the right direction. We need leadership. The whole "everyone goes their own way" approach will only work so well. The issue is this may lead to corruption...

I did a quick search: I appears the that Oculus Rift's company was bought by Facebook, also (fresh news) "Oculus Rift Makers Sued for Allegedly Stealing Virtual Reality Tech" ~source. The headset does looks extremely cool, straight out of a movie from ~20 years ago.

How does the Dogecoin Pandapool multipool work?
 
The Dogecoin multipool automatically switches between coins to mine based on difficulty and price variations in order to be as profitable as possible for the miners. For payout, the multipool computes the proportional share of each miner over rounds that last four hours. Once a round is complete, and after the mined blocks become mature, the multipool exchanges all coins for Dogecoins. Please note that due to the time required for block maturation, deposits and withdrawals on exchanges, payouts for a round are processed one hour after the end of the next one. The multipool also apply a fee of 1.25%, in addition to the exchange and transactions fees required by the operation

The community supporting the coin is still doing a good job at pushing it out there. As long as they keep this up and current holders don't get disheartened, I see no reason why the value wouldn't go back up.

DOGE has been under 100 several times the last few months and every time it rallied back up.
*Bitcoin is hot again and some of that money will purchase alt coins soon enough.
*The NASCAR events helped "create" millions of people who have heard of DOGE and never even heard of Bitcoin. Some of them will learn more soon.
*The market went down "too fast", so there is bound to be a big bounce up ....eventually.

A: Cap @ 100 billion

I was told a number of times there was a cap and the OP of this said cap. Having a cap has even been outlined as being important by Billy in an early on interview with Business Insider.

This is important for peoples coins to be "special" and the network can be covered even if it is capped.

B: Merge mine with HUC. This will keep the network strong and protected.  DOGE is a perfect example of what people can do when they work together as a whole, but the whole has to keep their miners spinning profitably to continue to bring BTC into the DOGE network.  Merge mining is simply coins working together to keep their networks protected as a whole.

Also, for the next few years, our inflation rate will actually be lower than Bitcoin, that's awesome for those interested in medium-term profits. And we prooved many times that we were legit by sponsoring events and charitable organisations, and being one of the most active community on Reddit, and - the most important - being the altcoin that is the most used in commerce.

No one bought into DOGE at first with the thought that there wasn't a cap. It isn't revolutionary... it is fucking stupid and tragic that people actually think this is a good idea.  Read the article link and you will even see the DOGE creators point it out about bitcoin. Everyone who is introducing a friend to bitcoin always outlines how there will only be 21 million because that is a big deal. (I thought this was obvious for everyone... obviously not)

The fork must happen regardless of this train of thought that you picked up from Jackson and the fact of the matter is that the DOGE fork that is merge mined with HUC will have the most mining power. Therefore it will be the fork that is followed. (I believe that is how it works... kind of a shitty short cut to the mining power, but what must be done must be done)

HUC isn't smaller, it is much large in terms of mining power.  DOGE isn't shit without a strong ally... not a bunch of shitcoin allies.
