If hot you may mean by warm. Warm water is healthy compared to cold drinking water and water itself is healthy it usually prevents disease and boost metabolisim

I love this kind of topic. You know it is indeed that even water itself has lots of benefits compared to the expensive juices or teas. When I am under a program of losing weight, one of the most effective ways of losing fats is by drinking 2 liters of waters a day. And as per my friend who also used to drink water religiously, she found out that hot water is even better in losing weight and keeping internal system flow normally. It's just so great to know that being healthy doesn't require money to achieve.

Heard the Chinese never drink anything cold; might try it for a month .
Actually there places are in northern part it means that they have a cold weather there, prefer to other places like in the Philippines we have only two types of weather here either it's rainy or sunny days.

I think what you mean is drinking warm and not hot water.
