in my opinion the poverty that occurred in the Asian and African countries was first due to the low education level of the population. if they do not have high education they will not be able to create technology or the ability to manage their natural resources. so that their country cannot develop and also they always do imports which will make their money value lower.

The governments around the world have failed their people for a long time when it comes to the problem of reducing poverty and improving the conditions of life of people in general, any improvement that you see did not come from the governments but from people that wanted to improve society and took the right steps to do it, so I find the idea of letting that task to the governments a waste of time.
