After 3 month, it's a month-to-month with 30 days notice. $75 non/oC No remote access, verification access will be provided when the miners are setup and ready to go So then hosting fee renews every 3 months, correct? =$75/ month non O/C

Yes, all the hosting does, is keep your miner going in a secure location. No fuss with the PSU, home AMP size, no noise, no excess heat. It will be kept in a nice and cold place You tell us or me, what pool you want to use and what worker name you want it to be assigned, as wel as if you need us to over clock it.
