Quadrant provides a simple solution to a complex problem plaguing the data space - a blockchain based trust system between all parties.
With it, any form of data - data dumps to streaming data feeds - can be authenticated by making use of an infrastructure that enables an exchange of services between DaaS and AI companies through data smart contracts and provides verification and authentication tools to verify trust between parties.

In whitepaper its says that quadrant is designed to work with both centralised and decentralised services. what's that suppose to mean? its not fully decentralised at the moment or in near future it can be centralised? or it can adopt easily in any situation like if govt puts pressure on whole crypto market?  little confused on that, please explain.

What this means is that centralised products or companies, let's say an AI company that's not built on the Blockchain can make use of Quadrant Protocol. Likewise Dapps can also use Quadrant Protocol.

Quadrant Protocol is built on the Ethereum platform so it's completely decentralised.
