Manager Level = Campaign Successfully?

Obviously, good rank manager means a successful campaign but sometime low rank manager also run successful campaign. I know it's difficult to trust low rank manager who is new in the business but this doesn't mean his campaign is scam. Best is to study that project carefully, escpecially ICO, whitepaper and roadmap. If you follow these criteria, then you never met with scam.

I have seen good and quality projects managed by newcomers. At the same time, these bounty managers promptly updated the spread sheet, quickly answered all questions and it was good. Some teams have their own person who does the work on bounty.
My opinion, the grade of Manager is not important, if we are not talking about a famous person, like a Cylon.

It looks like the manager level is not too much influence whether the project will be successful or not. However, there is sometimes a project that fails or scams accepted by the manager, but we can not blame the manager because it would be difficult to detect whether the project was successful or not.

high rank managers can minimize people got scammed but lower rank also does not so bad because i have seen lower rank manager can running campaign successfully but indeed to ensure our works are getting paid at the end of campaign then trustable manager is necessary and funds in escrow also required too

I think the rank does not determine the success of the campaign, and does not guarantee also if the member jr who manages bounty scam. my friends follow bounty that BM have rank jr member, but ico is successful, ico it there is LYMPO

    Many of us have a spreadsheet or we have read many posts with the best known managers (most of them are Legendary users) and their new bounty campaigns, but the reality is that it is not about managers to be paid for the hard work we do because if the project does not get enough funds, Nobody receives their reward. Everything depends on the success of the project, that is clear.

     As for managers, do you take into consideration the rank of the user who manages the campaign?
 Because I've seen Sr members in campaigns promoted by Jr. Members, so I don't know if the level of user is a deadline between Trustful, Scam or Successfully  ICOs.

The level will not say it all, but it's pretty important. Some of the managers are very reputable and are like many people like needmoney and his project is always good.
But that does not mean that low level managers are bad campaigns. There are a number of members involved in a number of specialized teams organizing bounty items such as the Amazix team. There are many low level managers but there are still a lot of successful ICO projects.

ICO raised = bounty success.
there are more campaigns inside a bounty.
and those will be paid once soft cap reached.
who ever the manager is, as long as soft cap not reach. it will be a failed bounty.

I'd have to really agree here. Managers should be judged on levels of satisfaction from the participants, timeliness, ability to exercise fair judgment, etc. I really don't think ICO success in terms of money raised should ever be used to judge manager competency. There might look like a correlation, but trust me, if projects fail, it doesn't matter how good the manager is or how reputable. They can scam and take off and the manager can't do anything about it.

Besides, just because an ICO raised hard cap doesn't mean it's not a scam.

Most of the reputable managers and community management services will filter out ICO's, you don't know but they receive tons of request to manage their campaigns here even the worthless projects, but OP is totally correct it all depends on the success of the ICO even if the project is legitimate and authentic but failed to deliver the promises, token sale, and the product then it is not the core basis to check the potential of the campaign.

There are reputable campaign managers in here. Me and I think many users check their campaigns which seem more trustable.
But it doesn't mean they can't promote without know it.

I agree with you. A good Bounty manager is a guarantee that your work will be timely taken into account. But the Manager can not affect the distribution of rewards tokens and on projects contributions success.

I agree with you. I often choose famous managers to participate in their campaigns. Although not all of their campaigns are successful, the scam rate will be much lower.

Agreed. I believe even managers cannot see the future irrespective of their rank, which is the main reason why some of them always put it that they are not liable for anything in case the project ends up going wrong. Nevertheless, this is not usually much of an issue since the participants themselves should always be ready to scrutinize the project before they even end up doing any bounty, but I guess some are just so lazy to get that done.

its not only the manager level needed for the success of the campaign. many details are important, from the basics till the end. anyway qualified manager is better than not qualified

Not always because the manager often is good and helps what can and the conditions in him are good, but the owners of the campaign dictate their rules, or even fool the manager and, accordingly, he should not pay people!

I don't agree ). I think rank of manager account don't affect to the quality of bounty campaign or ICO project behind it. You can see that there are a lot of newbie manager but their bounty campaigns still really good to join. They're just newbie because they're member of develop team of their project and they just want to manage their bounty campaign by themselves without renting any manager in this forum ).

I am not sure with level of manager will have success bounty campaign, there are many level high manager but their campaign was failed and have one case where the ico was success and but the bounty campaign was faile because scam by payment. By this case we know high or not level of manager will be not one of way to success for bounty campaign, many low level of manager campaign but they have success of their bounty campaign.

Not at all. There are so many bounty campaigns managed by newbie managers but still very successful . Rank of bounty manager is not important, I think bounty hunters just care about the project behind these bounty campaigns if it's a good project then their bounty campaigns are also good to join as well

it's true that managers are not the way to determine if the bounty or ICO project will work, but choosing a bounty manager who already has a good name will give us a good belief in a project as well.
