I believe the slander law was abolished many moons ago, unless you are alarmed and living in fear, you really are wasting your time and your customer's money by sending legal letters. If there is any civil proceeding caused on this forum, which located in Panama. The court and laws of Panama will be applied.  |

With my limited experience in global multi-million dollars projects.
If this is my business, the correct party which should be sue, is the supplier. For sending inferior hardwares at a non competitive price. That is why the business is suffering. Or sue your partner for not fulfilling his/her duty and cause your business to suffer.
