Hi guys ,
Do you think the whales are manipulating the markets ?? Has any one noticed that the current bull run that has been on for the last few weeks comes to a halt every time it reaches the 10 k mark and slides down . My theory is that whales sell at 10k and then create fud so market slides down only to buy back and pump . What do you think ?

Maybe, because whales has a million of money to manipulate the market if they want drop it they can do it and if they want increase it they can do it too. So I think whales can manipulate the market.

Of course they do.
They have the capability power to do so. If you have an amount big enough to manipulate price according to your very own liking - lower it to hoard more coins or make it higher to sell them off, you can make the value in the current time period favorable on you which means more money and more profit, if you hold an immense amount or is able to influence a lot of people, most likely that you are profit-bound. And manipulating the market gets you quite the profit.

Yeah,I think they're throwing out everyone who accidentally bought it. Coins are promising and they will still buy expensive. Like it was in December when someone bought$19,000. And those who previously underwent the UPS and downs of sitting and quietly waiting. I think this is the only reason for this situation. Accurately waiting for growth.

I think yes. they are able to manipulate the crypto market because the assets they own are numerous. so they are able to pump and dump for a short time

Whales manipulation is obvious to happen and is happening still now. I don't think this will ever stop, I believe the the sudden crash is also due to the whales to some extent. This is also making the market more alive and fluctuating but dangerous. Newbie traders are loosing as hell. The market is decentralized so outer force will obviously have hands on market movements.

I think it is not possible for a single whale now but when they combines in groups then they really effect the market, we can see some groups of whales who are working combine and manipulate the market, i think that when bitcoin will become more popular hopefully then their influence on market will decrease too much.

Let's think if bitcoin owner that played from 2010 hold most of his bitcoin and want to sell all of them , today !

To me it is obvious that they do so, but still they are not some club or group of people, who work together, instead of it each of them has his own goals, so all pumps and dumps are just their games with each other. There's not something bad, as in the end we all have the same desire: to multiply our investments.

I don't think the current market status has a lot to do with whales manipulating the markets. Whales can manipulate the market, yes! But too much "artificial" manipulation can lead to the severest form of FUDs which might deter new crypto investors. I bet the whales don't want that to happen.

Indeed! a lot of whales are manipulating it but we cannot do something about it at the moment since that is their way of earning and it is their advantage because they believe in it so much, so if we really believe in it too then we must know how they works or how they play the market by studying their action.

Well maybe they are manipulating the market by crashing it little by little and buying some while others are at panic mode,
Maybe they are using their money to control the price and to be honest I think they are even earning daily profit from it,

I think that too, but we need to be patience and right timing when to buy and sell our bitcoin because this kind of scenario is very common it crypto world and beside bitcoin is very volatile so better to hold our bitcoin and wait until it become profitable again.

Trading becomes so easy when it is done with clever mind and patience. There are so many huge lists of people who have been in trading but they have disappointed themselves and others as well just because they were not accompanied with patience and relax mind. This one factor, if controlled, you would be making so huge benefits for yourself and your results becomes charming.

That's the reality, and we cannot get rid of it. There are separate groups functioning around to pump and dump the price moves. This is all because of the large volume of holding in a specific address and when moved as a bulk the impact will be big. Similar things happen often and if it is taking place when the price was increasing in a constant manner then it won't look big. When price isn't growing much such a kind manipulation disturbs the market to a bigger extent.

Indeed, the best thing to do is to ride with the whales because we cannot stop them from making money they better to ride with it. Whales can manipulate the market in the short run but I think in the long run the price will stil be high and because of that whales will take profit and dump the market again. Know this cycle and your profit will be good.

We can not say that the whales in crypto will manipulate the market , there maybe a time the whale would silently manipulate also the market , because they have the high net worth in cryptos in which they have the power to change the trend of the market , for they will or command changes in the stocks of the market whenever they would like to change it because of their capital invested in cryptos.

Yes., I think they manipulating it. But unfortunately, I don't have any proof about that.
Actually, if I see the market chart, sometimes I see unusual pumping to make the price up.
