it won't work that's why bitcoiners lost over 85% in one year, they are going to lose all soon if they can't find more suckers to buy
This is about hodling not cashing out in a panic. Bitcoiners who hodled made between 4.500 and 87.000% or so in the past. Only morons who sold made a loss. Granted: you are new to this so maybe you want to learn about what this is about .

Only morons who sold made a loss. ... Those who got in first & got out in time win, no different from any other pyramid scheme. Those who didn't get out in time haven't lost yet, but haven't made a penny either. OTOH, anyone who bought into this thing over the past year+ is under water

^Not being judgemental, just stating the obvious. What, specifically, do you disagree with?

Especially since the actual pump lasted 2 months. 2 months of pump and 1 year of dumps. Definitely irrelevant.

This thread inspired many bitcoiners to HODL their coins and don't get pressured by the markets. The ones who lost this mind-game are the ones who bought in at a high entry-point and sold at a low price.
Either way, I'M HODLING!!!!!!!!!!!!1

^I wonder how many people have been hurt by the HODL thread...
Edit: Why won't anyone just think of the children?!?!

Forgive my petulance and oft-times, I fear, ill-founded criticisms, and forgive me that I have, by this time, made your eyes and head ache with my long letter. But I cannot forgo hastily the pleasure and pride of thus conversing with you.

... Or you can be your own bank...
Why do so many here want to be their own bank? Why not start off with something reasonable, like be your own plumber, or garbageman, or proctologist? Right, but once you're already your own plumber, garbageman and proctologist then banker is certainly up next.

You should use that tape to cover USB ports to help you fight the urge to stop hodling, should it ever come

No need to fight the urge to stop hodling then.

Somebody should add it to urban dictionary. Hodling has its own cult here.
