All these fools perpetuating a meme while their worth is evaporating. Oh yes HODL young man! HODL to zero
In the future you can tell your kids your tales of HODLing
Every day I log in I have the same number of bitcoins as before. Sometimes a little bit more. What is this evaporation you speak of? Delusional old fucktard. Don't pretend you don't evaluate your Bitcoins in $. How delusional can you be. Get a life! You are embarrassing yourself with your superficial understanding of things. I value things in what they are worth to me. To value things based on what they are worth to others is not very smart. I can tell this concept is already way beyond your understanding of things though. Delusional indeed. My eyes are wide open, whereas you appear to still be stumbling around a darkened room of your own making assuming that all those people stood outside in the sunshine have totally made up 'daylight'. So impatient. So angry. So desperate. What is it really? Keep lying to yourself maybe one day you will believe it. Psycho mentality

are you still hodling?
at price of how will you sell?
If someone offered you 1000 dollars for your car or 2000 dollars for your car, which offer would you be more likely to accept? Its weird to me that in bitcoin sometimes people are more inclined to accept low offers than high offers. Well not me. Just like everything else in life, the more you offer me for it the more likely i will be to sell it, and the less you offer me for it the less likely i will be to sell it. So as the price of bitcoin falls i become LESS inclined to sell my bitcoins, not more.

However that is how prices are arrived at, you just imagine a price and that is the price. Assuming it is your property and no one else is entitled to take it away without first bargaining to a satisfactory offer. There are a lot of people out there offering me 422 dollars for my bitcoins but they dont have them because that is not the price of my bitcoins. I just imagined a price that is different from that and since the bitcoins are my property, the price that i just imagined is the price of my bitcoins. Unfortunately however, im afraid that i dont understand the relevance of your comment in relation to mine.

Very well said. More than that. I don’t think its possible for it to have been said better.

Exactly! the market is always right. Too bad you want $10K for your bitcoin. Its only worth $420 right now. Maybe it'll only be worth $100 next year. Everything you believed turned out to be wrong. Merchant adoption - price drops. GABI Fund - Price drops. Draper buys FBI auction - price drops. I'm more curious to why "HODLERS" think price will rise when every news event that's suppose to make it rise, instead drops the price. As an outside observer, it looks to me like cognitive dissonance

You morans. The Bitcoin ETF is coming. The floodgates shall burst forth with glorious adoption and price rise.
Noble HODL'ers shalt be rewarded. The rest of you impatient unbelievers... shall fall! Well, at least be pissed off when the price hits 100K+. Lol.

Sadly, the stinking bunch of unwitting, politician's leg fucking sheeple has not yet come over. May be they need a new leader.

My belief is not based on speculation or news. It's based on potential for adoption. And that will take some years. But will happen, IMO. China could ban BTC again and the price drop < $100 and it wouldn't change my long term view.

HODLing for the longest time. Skippin fast right around the moon. On a rocketship straight to mars. Up, up and away with my beautiful, my beautiful Bitcoin~

Exactly, the potential of Bitcoin is huge and that is why the price is 400$ and not 100$ but if it goes big and succeed tens of thousands of 2014 USD is not out of the question, it would only be a few hundreds billions of valuation This thread comes back when the price goes down

I'm still holding onto my 0.01 BTC! But seriously, the price will rise (sadly have nothing to invest) and the silly people that dumped at $300 will be crying when they see the extremely high price of btc.

Am holding as well but am looking to buy more; 409$ at the moment on Bitstamp is pretty cheap compared to the upside potential of thousands dollars short term It may go down to 100 but it may well go to a few thousands in a year
