Those who panic sold at the bottom will look silly soon. What are you going to do now? Buy back higher?
I´m expectin to buy back @ 20-50$ and not a lousy penny above that.!  |

Bitcoin's history since I got in (a few months after the 2011 spike) has been rife with long periods of limited buying opportunity ending in another spike. I think it's a fair bet that this has left a fair number of people who planned to get back on the wagon behind. And probably highly frustrated, licking their wounds, and imagining how good life could have been if they'd employed a slightly different and much easier strategy. That is, to hodl. |

If BTC falls we all fall miners, hackers, speculators, hodlers.
But it won't. It went one time to $3 and then up to $1000.
BTC is eventually doomed & will return to 0, but not yet. Holding is still a gamble (if you ever bought any), you might be asleep when the real crash comes & you wont know until after it has happened. Other alts will live on, so I hodl those & just keep a few small parts of a btc, hedging reduces risk. I can't see how bitcoin could fail letting altcoins live on or even prosper. The day bitcoin dies, all alts will die with it (or will have died long before). |

I type d that tyitle twice because I knew it was wrong the first time. Still wrong. w/e. GF's out at a lesbian bar, BTC crashing WHY AM I HOLDING? I'LL TELL YOU WHY. It's because I'm a bad trader and I KNOW I'M A BAD TRADER. Yeah you good traders can spot the highs and the lows pit pat piffy wing wong wang just like that and make a millino bucks sure no problem bro. Likewise the weak hands are like OH NO IT'S GOING DOWN I'M GONNA SELL he he he and then they're like OH GOD MY ASSHOLE when the SMART traders who KNOW WHAT THE FUCK THEY'RE DOING buy back in but you know what? I'm not part of that group. When the traders buy back in I'm already part of the market capital so GUESS WHO YOU'RE CHEATING day traders NOT ME~! Those taunt threads saying "OHH YOU SHOULD HAVE SOLD" YEAH NO SHIT. NO SHIT I SHOULD HAVE SOLD. I SHOULD HAVE SOLD MOMENTS BEFORE EVERY SELL AND BOUGHT MOMENTS BEFORE EVERY BUY BUT YOU KNOW WHAT NOT EVERYBODY IS AS COOL AS YOU. You only sell in a bear market if you are a good day trader or an illusioned noob. The people inbetween hold. In a zero-sum game such as this, traders can only take your money if you sell.

I agree, but I also believe that in the future we will start seeing alt coins that are actually a lot different to bitcoin, there's far to many alts now and they are all the same so if anyone creating one that they want to get anywhere rather than a pump & dump. So I hope that we have enough difference in cyptro currencies that issues in one coin won't be present in some alts. I also think alts are a good testing ground. If there's ever an issue with part of the protocol and an alt has been working perfectly with it a different way then we have a proven way that works to change too. The more ways we try things the more likely we are to get it working as needed with as little problems as possible. |
