Yes, Technobit ship from sofia, bulgaria. So no need to worry about import duty.
Even non EU no need to worry about import duty

Just order additional 240 unit & begin to mining with 2 x 130 in next few days.

Problem is you shipped 1000 devices but you were probably paid for 2000 devices.
