I think that's official. Though, I think the OFFICIAL official Catcoin pic should resemble an actual coin to look more serious. I've seen rendered CATs in this thread and they look pretty nice. The blue circle background can still be used fine as the insignia on the wallet. Also think that site should have more content. Mastercoin, for example, looks super professional and the price reflects it at over 100usd per coin. CAT needs to take that route.
