There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

What the coins need :

1- better OP presentation and thread and use a log to identify the coins, I saw 2 or 3 nice ones or they can be used the car on blockchain is nice

2- Need proper wallets Windows/Linux/OSX with proper design, the litecoin wallet looks like shit

3- Advertising, Kr105 I know is alot to do everything on your own and that's why we are helping here, but I think you should at least keep your initial post updated add the motions in place for cryptsy, coins-e, btc-e......

4- A Catcoin website and youtube videos well the second part is not as important but a good website would be nice

5- MORE COMMUNICATION

I'm willing to help with this and can help translation to other languages, route stuff ect but Kr105 you should set actions to do

OP notwithstanding, the community has built a bunch of sites already Smiley

Info site: http://catcoins.org

Subreddit: http://reddit.com/r/catcoins

Block explorer: http://catchain.info

GitHub org: https://github.com/catcoins (with stable binaries at https://github.com/catcoins/catcoin/releases)

I know, people been putting the effort to make this a succes despite the shitty start, the minimum would to recognise the effort and add to these to the initial post so people who sees this thread can find ample information, if they want to turn all their miners (and beginners ) to get her, so much potentiel is being killed just by the fact that there isn't proper wallets for example

How is the logo not a maneki-neko? Something like these. I would think we would get some of Asian countries on board.

Meow fellow CAT miners.

Wow the diff has shot up.

I managed to get 400 CAT going solo up to around diff 4 but now I'm shifting to pools.

Extremely quick to be suggesting adding the coin to Exchanges, no?

We not even 24 hours old, we need compiled walltets for all the OS in the OP, custom grapics need top be put in, everything is ready, all of it is already out there just takes a little combining and for the orginal developor to post it in the OP.

Only then are we market place ready in my opinion.

The hash rate only goes up, right now we at 1.3 GH/s

But we need a finished user friendly product first before we go to the market.

You dont try and sell a cars on the market where you have to put the battery in yourself you know Smiley

This is what I've been saying since the begining, but op seems to not be around, he needs to communicate a bit more, and add stuff to initial post, and make it more appealing, add stuff and ask access to stuff such as website made by the guys and what's not

So amaze at such bad coin development and maintenance.

This industry is begging to be destroyed by big business coming in and wrecking all this.

We really need to pick up the work effort and quality of these coins.
When the Adult internet started out it was tiny and shabby but quickly got pro.

Catcoin's name is great. Other than that... what the F???

Sooooo much potential here. Don't wreck it.

Agree. The developer needs to show his face a bit.
