exactly.  all of the efforts of people with <1000 cat to promote the coin are only going to benefit people that got the early jump on mining.  

those people will cash out on the backs of the people that have spent more time making logos and wallet pictures.  

can anybody look at the blockchain, see where the catcoins are being concentrated?  i am guessing that over 50% of the catcoins are owned by less than 10 individuals.

DOGEcoin was mass marketed.  Had no value in the beginning.  Now look at the marketcap...  All because of PR.  The more people who recognize something, the higher the demand goes.

We need to market and market this thing hard to get the word out!

no there is not you are right, mining or investing in a new coin is a big bet with more risk then coins that are already established and on on exchange, so yeah big risk, but big risks can bring big rewards as long as you are not investing any amount of money or resources that you can not afford to loose I think the odds are pretty good, much better then in the lottery or in a casino.

If everyone just sticks with the coin and dont panic sell, then you wont loose. Just kindly promote catcoin spread the word. The hashrate is just dropping since the difficulty is rising and there is no official price per coin.. so miners and i mean the big miners running at 15k+ are dropping out since they dont want to waste electric along with the potential of what coins they could be getting with their rigs for a coin with no official value.

Once this coin is added to a exchange website, which it will with everyone's help to vote.. then this coin can reach its potential and the activity within this coin will sky rocket.

But one thing I do know for sure the odds are infinitely better then throwing your money in the parking lot

if you are claiming 'odds' on something without a number, then you are basically making a guess, and then claiming there are actual odds attached to it.

certainly, you can say the odds are higher for catcoin's success than winning the lottery, but without knowing what the odds are we can easily assume the odds are only slightly better than the lottery.  just because something is more likely than the lottery doesn't mean it's going to happen.  you are more likely to get hit by a car and die the night of the lottery drawing than winning. that doesnt' mean it's going to happen either.

If it's a personal, subjective guess, drop the 'personal', and 'subjective'.  it's just a guess.  there are no odds here, just an optimistic feeling you have about this coin.
