Its really hard to think that the price of bitcoin will touch in 50k for me it is impossible to happen in this year or in the future.. unless if we see more fast movement of the price.. and many biggest company are accepting bitcoin as payment. .

I think that is possible to reach that 50k but i do not know if we are still standing in front of the computer when that times comes, we can easily predict bitcoin value but our life cant, specially for us we always in our computer we are prone to sickness unlike for those people who work outside and they got sweat and exercise.

You don't have to wait for that time, it will just come at the right time, do make yourself busy now on accumulating bitcoins and just save it for your future. People are so positive with bitcoin so I think that will push to achieve a bigger price, there is no impossible in the crypto because price is dictated by us.

I appreciate you for what you think the bitcoin will reach up to the 50 k figure. It is a remarkable thought. I'm sure everyone hopes it will happen. But the question becomes when it will be 80 years or more. Could be at that time you are not dead. But you try to think what you can still use your energy to perform activities in front of the computer. I do not think it's possible. Because in those days we will definitely grow old maybe all you do is do a resting health therapy from fatigue. But once again I give an appreciation for this very brilliant thought. Wow, you are real dreamer! The price of bitcoin reaching 50K is impossible now looking at the segwit2 situation. This scenario which is about tho happen in the august will tell us exactly whether we are going to reach the price of 50K or not. Yes panic selling will always be there no matter what they say about the price of bitcoin. Just imagine with rumours of segwit situation people got panicked at such an extend that the price dropped way below $2300 mark. That was unimaginable first and now its the reality. I know the price will come up again but now I fear that scenario like this will take it down time to time. Plus I will have to invest lots of time in reaching that goal, so I would better earn and spend them right away to enjoy my life today.

It is worth reading it for the people panic selling because of the volatility.
Some might daytrade and make hopefully a profit on volatility, but I belive it is safe to hodl. Price bounces up and down but the long term trend is UP!

holding is working. Somehow holding it for long does really benefits us, I have seen and experienced it. I have saved a little amount of btc before and after few months When pump happens last May, i have seen that long term holding works. It is due to the pumps mostly of bitcoin even it takes time and have some dumps surely when we keep calm we will have good return soon.

It is very good to have a good hope but giving assurety is different because what next second will happen no one knows it, So telling that wont die untill bitcoin reaches 50k is some what not digest able. reaching 50k price is some what that bitcoin have to clear a lot of hurdles and it should be get accepted in almost all big country and it gets legal status.

I guess the OP is still very positive about bitcoin and he see down the road that bitcoin can reach $50K in the future. But realistically, its really hard to imagine bitcoin reach this price. I don't know what will be the factors that will affect market, but I doubt it can be touch. I think we need baby steps and target first $3000 then $10000 before saying that $50K is attainable. But hey, everything is possible and we might see this in 10 to 20 years.

I think 20 years is very far from the potential growth of the Bitcoin. Bitcoin can even reach more than $100K in that period if we are considering the growth in the connectivity, world's perception and the number of people using digital wallets for fiat etc. Bitcoin has a tremendous score for the growth in the coming years and thus it will show good growth in the price too. However, an investor should do his own research before investing.

In short he would need to be immortal for OP to see such price on bitcoin because we are still on 8 years of bitcoins existence and we did just only reach out $3k ath which is good but not enough. $50k is too unrealistic to consider and worth to be waited but its not possible since bitcoins price is volatile and it might reach up but I would say it needs fullest adoption to see such price.

I've put my bet on cryptocurrency.
Would it be Bitcoin, Dash or something new popping up, I don't know.
50000 is a target that now seems very far away, but dreams came true lately, who would made a bet on the following things some years ago:
-reaching 3000 USD
-Japan adopting BTC, other countries loosening btc acceptance (S. Korea, Australia, lately Russia)
-You can buy with BTC on Amazon
-friends whom you'd never expect asking you about BTC
We are talking about a world economy. By that standard today's 80 bil marketcap seems a joke. Things will go shitty in the world and bitcoin will be the escape for a lot of people.
