Difficult question.  I do not like both coins.  Cardano has a long time trouble with the wallet.  And I do not believe in Ripple.

Cardano is an artificially blown bubble wich falls in price every day. Ripple is a centralized token, which can't be called a cryptocurrency. If I were you I would sell this two coins.

It is better to invest this money in ICO or in EOS for a long term.  I do not recommend investing in Ripple and Cardano.

I want to keep the cardano, because they were preparing something big. But my advice, it is for you to decide, do your own research on the coin you are holding. Make sure you only read the advice and you must do a supporting research to support your decision to it, not just trust on the others saying to you.

It seems to me better to divide the investment between coins.  I think this is the safest option.

I would choose cardano. This project has a potentially great future. It is possible that he will be able to compete with the ethereum

How interested is your friend in blockchains? Does he know what Cardano is?

Otherwise I would  buy him bitcoin instead.

I think both have great future, however in real life use Ripple is way ahead of ADA, everything you see in ADA just a whitepaper plan for future, they haven't done anything special for the hype they created a few months ago, another hand Ripple is the real deal.

Here, I will certainly choose Cardano! If you have not done it yet, forget about Ripple. It can start to grow, yes, but finally, the currency will be crashed. It is much more better to invest in ADA.

I want to give a friend a cryptocurrency for his birthday, but I can't decide which one is better. I have 5000 cardano and 2000 ripple. Tell me that it is better to leave to keep?
I do not like both coins.  I would advise you to invest better in ETH or EOS.  These are more promising coins.

I would leave 5000 cardano, as it is interesting decentraized project, which have a potential in the future.
Ripple is very centralized coin and it can easely be manipulated by main stakeholders.

I do not believe in the success of Ripple.  And the developers of Cardano do not support their project.  Therefore, it is better to choose other coins.

Of course, keep your Cardano, because it's more promising coin than others. Ripple is not growing in price for a long time, so you can send it as a nice gift and won't regret it in short term.

Both are good and they have really some good potential in upcoming days but the problem is ripple is not fully decentralised toke it's like semi-centralized .banks can overtake the manipulation of ripple.Still we can see some good spike in ripple cause the team is working hard to stablish there network worldwide. In other hand cardamom is platform based token and they already in development status more than half and one year.so I think they gonna launch something big.So it will be better if you decide your money and invest in both

I'd better invest in Cardano.  I believe more in the successful future of this coin than Ripple.  5000 Cardano is my choice.

Both of these projects are good, so I think you should just equally buy ripple and Cardano. In addition, it is a better solution than investing in only one coin.

I would leave Cardano, no doubt. I see great potential for this project this year.

Seeing  market chart of that two coins, I've preferred to invest with ada as it have a progressive market trend than of Ripple.  Ripple is totally in dip for many weeks and it hardly recovering on it, and I'm losing already from these.

it would be better if you gave some of it. you say have 2000 ripple and 3000 cardano. you can give him 1000 ripples and 1500 cardano. so you are not confused choosing where to birthday gift. because you have given away some of your crypto currency.
