What is this list with names for?
How to become a member of Mooncoin Foundation?
I have some mooncoins solo mined blocks, whice I've mined about two years ago, and dozens of millions Mooncoins
You are always welcome to be a member of the Mooncoin community, to be the member of Foundation you need to have 1 billion MOON at least. This requirement is only to prove that you're really interested in helping MOON and in its true progress, not to involve people who have dumped all (or almost all) their coins and are interested only in lower prices to rebuy MOON. Some people's greed is unlimited and they wait and wait for lower price, and miners dump and dump, and it's a closed circle in these Altcoin dark days. That's why agswinner, polemarhos888, Abiky, Bitbobb, CryptoDatabase, metamorphin, barrysty1e... other people (sorry if not mentioned here), who buy MOON despite of anything LONG-TERM, will stay in the Mooncoin's history forever - because these people are not motivated with greed and fear (emotions that drive crowds). Congratulations on the Mooncoin block #1,000,000! http://cryptoguru.tk/Blocks/index.php?Currency=MOONWith more than 1.7 million transactions successfully processed since 2013, Mooncoin remains one of the most reasonable inexpensive solutions amongst time-tested active blockchains. Glad to see that Mooncoin has reached a major milestone! It all means that despite being an inexpensive cryptocurrency, it has managed to become a very stable form of payment over the years, with a solid community and good development. Since it aims to provide usability, it can prove to survive for the long term. I hope the we can continue to expand, and help move Mooncoin towards new heights. If we can get mainstream focus, good promotion, and solid applications, then we would expect to see Mooncoin maintain itself on the market, and probably rise in marketcap sometime in the future. Looking forward for more promising stuff from Mooncoin.  |

Great to see my favorite coin being added to another exchange! I hope that this will help in its trading volume and activity. I have been away from Mooncoin for quite some time as I have been busy doing college stuff and other important things in life, but I will get back to buying and mining MOON as soon as December comes in. is not an exchange and never was, it is a tool like bitcoinwisdom, only for altcoins, e.g. Mooncoin trading volume during the last month: MOON/LTC (Cryptopia) $416 MOON/DOGE (Bleutrade) $674 MOON/BTC (Bleutrade) $634 |

To bad Genesis Mining stopped supporting MOON in early 2014 I'd almost view this as a positive thing. Cloud mining is questionable, even just as a concept on paper. Then take into account running costs and erm.. greed, sorry.. 'business profitability'. A spare linux box, say 30-45 minutes to install base cli operating system, 15-20 minutes to install a stratum/db backend, few hours to sync mooncoin from scratch (or literally copy the windows blockfiles over, works fine). Then 0.01btc at nicehash, or substantially less from miningrigrentals, portforward the external stratum traffic on your firewall/modem to your linux box's NIC; scratch your back for a minute, then hash away. Other than splitting the payments amongst hundreds of customers, there is literally no difference between doing it yourself or cloud mining (obviously the method detailed above means that you retain 100% of each block solved). moon coin looks great, maybe i will try buy this coin

Any updates on Moonlite testing so far?
In December there will be the 3rd anniversary of Mooncoin.
It will be a good occasion for our community to start a new MOON ANN thread and to announce the beta Moonlite platform, the lightweight wallet and other good things.
Mobile wallets could be built on the Electrum wallet, probably this work will begin in the first months of 2017.
