FYI.

Both of my AntMiners stickers say 192.168.1.99, unlike previous models which had various, but they are ACTUALLY 192.168.2.99.

The first time you power it on, leave it for a short while so you are fairly sure it's booted the OS, then; press the reset button which switches it to 192.168.1.99, reboot. Makes it easier seeing as straight away you can access via ethernet cable to router.

Applies to the older model of the board also but you need to cross a cable (which is actually fairly easy from what I have read). I only have the revision two boards which has a specific button.

run the calcs on the new diff.  bitmain really needs to drop the price well below 2, or come out with another unit that gets the gh/s cost down.  I am done buying ants.  just not worth running new hardware going forward.  happy with the units I did purchase though, they will make a decent profit in btc.  these will be useless end of march.

Both my miners just arrived. (My U1 raffle prize didn't though... but i can wait for that ).

I have noticed however, these 2 new units have very high HW rate...

HW: 812

My 8 other Ant's from previous GB's have HW: 0

Anyone else experiencing this? and any solution? Or are they faulty?

I just finished with ups. This 35 gbp is broker fee.
This have nothing to do with customs.
Whats funny, they say that every pckage sent like that will be charged.
My first package was not charged so bollocks.

I did claim money back as no receipt has been provided.

They say it will arrive within 10 days. But sushi paid fee for transport so why the hell should i pay again for same service?
