Has anyone been blocked or had a locked account here?
I enjoy gambling from time to time.. Not a lot, just playing around.. I loaded my account with 75mbtc and started playing. Went from 75 to 40 then 40 to 150 to 90. Then, boom, I can't play any more after hours of playing. The wheels just spin and spin. I can no longer place bets on any live game or any slot / video game. Literally NO GAME would work properly.
I talked to support for a good 10-15 minutes. They go through the usual responses, must be your browser, bla bla. I closed and restarted browser 5 times, cleared cache, and even attempted to change my ip address. Nothing worked, everything was still the same.
Then, I go create a new account, load it with 75mbtc again and everything was working! I contacted support to tell them, hey everything is working on this second account. Then, after I get done with the conversation with them my new account was no longer working!!
They're saying they will check into it and get back to me. But I'm like 99.9% sure they blocked my account. Previously when I would withdrawal funds it would process very quickly. I've now had a withdrawal request in for about 30 minutes and nothing has processed yet.
So, How many people here have been blocked, had locked accounts or funds frozen at bitcasino.io ?

Well that christmas raffle sucked. It looks like on the last day they removed all the 50mbtc chances and only went with cash prizes. Im not complaining per say but for the amount of tickets out for that raffle would have expected more prizes. Either way congrats to all the winners. |

Can you explain when and how you will pay out the remaining 6,050mBTC bitcasino.io rep?
I also remember there was several 50mBTC bonus prizes but it appears they did not include them in the drawing for some reason.

Which I even argued even if it was the form of a free chip that required the standard 35 times wager would have been better than pulling them all together.
This wouldn't be the first time they've changed a lottery at the last minute either. They've changed several coin booster lotteries, even the bigger booster lotteries to fit there needs. Essentially to only pay out a few players versus the lot they originally advertised.
These guys promotions scream ripe abuse for a casino going rogue. If it wasn't for the fact I do get paid when I win, I would say people should stop depositing all together.

Well let's not forget either when they started there casino the first round of software they had all was pirated, but because they brought on software that was legit. I decided to give them another chance, which up until the last year was one the best choices I had made. Mainly because I had gotten several freebies from them, and won some nice sums from them as well.
To back it up a bit, when they first started they had pirated Net Ent, Aristocrat, and Novomatic slots on there web site. Also mixed in with Bet Soft slots, which has pretty much made them rogue when they renigged on a jackpot pay out to a player. So pretty much from the beginning the whole operation was shady.
Well then all went smooth sailing at least in my opinion it was for 2015. Mainly because they started bring on legit software. Then it was 2016 when things started changing in the background. First the ban of US players to there "sister" site VegasCasino.io. Then software started being pulled from random other countries to boot. The VIP lottery system changed there new system, which sort of also scream of a scam because they claim the "new" system was more automated.
Then we introduced boosters, which also brought on more lottery manipulation and scams. Pretty much this whole year has been manipulation of there whole who they award things to. If you don't meet certain deposit limits, we may accidentally have you dropped from the winners list and replace you with a bigger depositor.
Now of course I have no real evidence of the previous claims, but even there posts here about the Bit Mas raffle and other places. Shows how they decided not to favor another 120 players in the form of a 50 mBTC bonus. Even like I said it was in the form of a free chip would have been better than nothing at all.
FYI at there sister casino VegasCasino.io they still have some of the pirated software on there, namely the Novomatic software. I hate to say unless if i get a response within 24 hours that explains why they dropped the 120 players. I'll probably close my account at both places. I don't need to be depositing at a place that keeps changing promotions to fit there needs and still has rogue software in there catalog.

Well I can post I sort of got some resolution. I got something which is better than nothing. I'm wondering if it's only the ones who complained who are going to get the reward or if everyone is going to be entitled to it.
I'm sure they'll post more themselves later, but still this whole thing shouldn't have even gone on long as it had. I notified them promptly after the draw and they drug there feet waiting to resolve things. Not very good in my opinion.
