If this option is enabled, Counterwallet will automatically take care of making BTC payments for matched orders where you owe BTC. It is highly recommended you keep this on. If not enabled, you must manually settle any required BTC payments within a 10 block limit (approximately 80-100 minutes).

Automatic BTC Payment working now?

Not yet. Ouziel is making finishing touches to the code

Its possible to email support@bittrex.com and submit a coin for review. For 3 BTC they can include a coin 100%, and do additional marketing apparently. I've sent them a message, and they want the following details:

Coin Name: Counterparty
Coin trading symbol: XCP
Launch Date: January 2014
Github Link: https://github.com/CounterpartyXCP/
Exchanges you are currently on: Decentralized exchange, Poloniex, BTER, Melotic, 51BTC
Official blockchain explorer: http://blockscan.com/
What is your TxFee for a transaction: Bitcoin transaction fees
A png image for your coin with a transparent background: http://blockscan.com/images/xcplogo.png

Also forwarded it to TrustIndex@coinssource.com, which does trust reviews of coins. Bittrex states that it is important whether a coin is listed on coinssource, or audited by respected community members. Therefore its great to mention the Peter Todd and Sergio Lerner audits.

Great!

We're working with bittrex to get support added. Their dev is looking into it.

FYI, we added a "Developer Advocate" position to the jobs list: https://www.counterparty.co/join-our-team/

This is a very important position for us...basically to help provide development support, as well as creating additional documentation and tutorials helpful for developers to build on Counterparty. Please check out the requirements, and if you feel you're a good fit, we'd love to hear from you!

Yes, and any BTC address of which you have the private key (even offline wallets). You can also buy and sell SJCX on the Counterparty decentralized exchange using Counterwallet itself.

When using BTC address, you should have few BTC in it to pay miners' fee. So does counterwallet really for SJCX or is it just a BTC wallet?

Hi guys, regarding Counterparty multisig, anyone who wants to help out with testing the feature can do so with the instructions here: http://support.counterparty.co/support/solutions/articles/5000006561-multisig-tech

Please report any issues. The sooner we get it tested (and fully reviewed by Peter Todd) the sooner it goes on mainnet!

Thank you very much to the person who sent 0.02 BTC to 1AQjWTtRvpqr7AWYZgFxqYtX5WZHnMYCmi:
https://blockchain.info/address/1AQjWTtRvpqr7AWYZgFxqYtX5WZHnMYCmi

That is very kind of you.  We have now made a donation to charity of an amount equal to that value, which you can see here:
https://www.justgiving.com/amnesty

Then search the comments for the input address in the donation transaction and this proves we made the donation in relation to this transaction.  We have also issued you with 6 Charitycoins, which is an asset on Counterparty.

Please feel free to donate more money, all you need to do is send Bitcoin to 1AQjWTtRvpqr7AWYZgFxqYtX5WZHnMYCmi and then we will make a donation of the same amount to any Charity of your choice.  We are so pleased you have slowly started to donate and believe we have a viable alternative to Proof of Burn.

Yes, the prices are good and liquidity is improving on the DEX.

Yesterday XCP/XBTC had the largest 1 day volume since it started trading!

Until we have the btc auto escrow feature on counterwallet, XBTC is a smoother choice to trade for XCP, no BTC fee/BTCPay bs, although I have quite a few success selling XCP for BTC, so I guess it's not so bad experience either. It's all good.
