1st coin to fork to multi-algorithm mining (Most fair distribution). It says first coin to fork which is the truth, Myraid was launched with multi-algorithm? Come on, you can't tell me this isn't intentionally deceptive language. It is lying by omission. I can't tell you that it's up to Jared, he will know if myraid deserves to be mentioned in that statement.

Come on, "intentions" are a difficult thing to prove. we can't prove or tell it isn't, neither can you prove or tell us it is intentionally deceptive language. since you raised the argument, show us proof Digibyte isn't the 1st coin to fork to multi-algo. show us some other coin that was 1st.

^^^ I'm kind of surprised how well DGB has held it's value after the big pump. I was expecting it to drop much lower than it is currently trading at.
Color me surprised aswell. Fine for me though. Can't wait for DigiSpeed! DigiSpeed will be huge, no other altcoin can match Visas transactions per second. The question is: Can we really match it. If we can DigiByte would explode me reckons. Today, I asked Jared personally, are we in the ball park with matching Visa transaction capability with Digispeed and his answer was a resounding YES, he also said that testing was going extremely well so far, without issue were his exact words! The team are working hard to cover all the bases that need to be covered with the hard folk which will take place a couple of weeks after the release of the new wallet, in preparation for it. After this, further additional improvements are planned with soft folk upgrades spanning into next year before we will be able to fully appreciate the real capabilities. The future is indeed looking bright with DigiByte and I feel the word 'DigiByte' itself will become synonymous with what crypto ‘does’ because it looks very much like DigiByte is going do it all!

How is MyriaSpeed coming along?
There is no MyriaSpeed. Myriad never made any false promises. I guess you're talking about DigiSpeed, that thing that doesn't exist and got delayed and frankly sounds like a scam to me lol. What are you going to do about your orphan rates? How will you convince enough people to run nodes?

Why would I believe that a premined, instamined copy of Myriad has the ability to solve the scalability issue of Bitcoin? Bitcoin, all those other altcoins can't, but this premined, instamined, unoriginal coin can? Give me a break, please... And it's already been delayed. No real details explaining how it will work. Give me a break.

By all means come back next year if we don't have DigiSpeed, then gloat! Until then you are not welcome here!

Give me a break. On one of the digireports I think Jared mentioned 8mb block sizes and 18 sec block times. Its not the fastest but it will be the fastest for block sizes > 1 mb. Blockchain bloat will be a big disadvantage of course but that doesn't outweigh the benefits. I think you can knock that down to 15 sec block times!

DigiByte will not have enough nodes, blocks won't propagate well, miners will get shitty about high orphan rates. Waste of electricity, the hash rate drops. The coin gets attacked. Everyone packs up and goes to Myriad, the original multi-PoW.

I took all my coins off in time too. Last I heard people were being limited to withdrawals of $25 a day and $100 per month or something silly like that, so little by little I think.

Yeah I'm trying to sort it out now with them.. Need to give details to upgrade your account to be able to withdraw $2000 daily. I tried to withdraw now and the admin said he would put it through right away....Let you all know how it goes .............. Withdraw worked....I think its all about updating your details....not sure.

I am more concerned about digispeed it was meant to be launched this month. Honestly, I think it's encouraging news that they delayed the release by a couple of weeks. It would have been more worrisome if they pushed out a release just to make an arbitrary deadline. Jumbley wrote a good summary post about the current status few days ago. They've been running simulations and making a few tweaks before the final release. Everything is looking good - everything is moving forward just as it should. DigiSpeed is a significant step forward for digital currencies. It's a testament to Jared and the dev team ... they are innovating ... and they are doing it right by taking their time to fully test and refine. DigiShield (developed by DigiByte) was a significant innovation that was adopted by many other coins. I have a feeling that DigiSpeed is going to be a major addition to the digital currency landscape. It's a good thing for all of us if they take all the time they need to get everything right for the transition. DigiSpeed is not just about making the transactions fast ... it's about establishing a scalable protocol for widespread integration in e-commerce and m-commerce.
