i think it depends on the people itself. if they need a rush money, they will sell the token instantly. but i suggest you see about their project, if they have a future, will be ok to hold it.

I have observed many new tokens market. When they just got listed on any exchanges their value remain much lower then base price but after some days it gets a huge push. After that the price keep decreasing and finally became stable to a lower value. I think thats the reason why hunters sell their tokens on the big push event after just getting listed on exchanges.

I think the bounty hunters have several reasons.

it depends to bounty hunters. Me as a bounty hunter i do not sell my tokens when i receive it. I hold it and wait for the right time to sell it. It is really hard to wait but there's nothing comes great when you rush it. Most of the bounty hunters are professional  who earns their living on bounty hunting. This reason account mostly why they sell off their token once they receive it and it is already listed. I think it will be helpful if the project owners will pay hunters with Ethereum instead of their token. This will help the coin to asserts its own strength in the market.
