I think not all bounty hunters sell thier token some are holders and investors also. I think those bounty hunters who sell immediately thier token are new to cryptocurrencies because they dont know the true value of the token they sell.

The mentality is the key here actually. Bounty participants most times think in as much they didn't get the tokens with their money, then waiting isn't worth it. However, they have forgotten the time/strength  consumed during the time before they get the tokens is actually money.

There are diffrent reasons of it. Some people sell tokens, because they need the cash. Some people exchange them into coins more potential like Bitcoin and Etherium. Some are afraid if they don't sell coins  the price will go down or the coins will loose their value.

I think it's to do with the fact that many projects once released on the stock exchange immediately drop in price, and it makes no sense to wait until it make who is on the other. You need to sell at the highest price as quickly as possible, then you will not regret about something in the future

The main reason is they like to get instant rewards for this and some are scared to go down about the token prices.
