Some of these tokens fail, if you hold them for a long time. That's why, bounty hunters sell immediately. I think they should hold for some time to realize the actual worth of token.

Good thing that you are doing that, some projects are really in the process of developing and even in slow pace they are able to progress so even holding it for long term, it w will bring good outcome in terms of profits, those newbies or just aiming for quick profits are the one who just dumped coins after receiving but those who knows how to read and understand will be able to hold and wait for the full blast of the project/tokens.

because blunty hunters try to make it as a job. like they cash out as soon as they can do. but it is ridiculous actually because most of time they sell for cheap and people collect from them below ico price.

Some tokens are not worth selling at the moment when they go public. If you feel or know that the project is quite promising, I would not sell the tokens along with all the hunter tokens. The course at this point the lowest, and that means you're missing potential profit in the future.

I am as a person who has received income from bounty campaigns argues that the number of people who immediately sell their tokens because maybe they are in need of money and indeed the bounty campaign is their main job. I am also like that, but if I do not rush in need of money then I will wait for the token price to exceed ICO price so I feel more benefit from my hard work. All decisions are in your hands, you alone know the best for you. So whenever you sell that token, it's your best time and that's the fortune God gave you. So be grateful.

Maybe because of they need that money or they afraid if the token price going to dump. I'm a new bounty hunter (doing if I have a free time) and I hold my tokens until the price is same as like ICO because my friends said that usually tokens price can 2x 3x or more than from ICO price.

Not just all bounty hunter selling immediately the reward they received in a campaign,but one of the main reason I see why bounty hunter selling there reward they want a quick money (maybe payment for expenses) and mostly some campaign take a month before the campaign end & distributing the token so meaning some participant are impatient.

I guess because many bounty are using bounty as a means of survivals, some use it to pay their bills and take care of their needs, so once they get the bounty tokens, they will sell it immediately and convert it to fiat and take care of their needs.

I Have seen a couple of project that, holds the distribution for a month or two prior to the distribution for the Investors.
This could prevent the hunters on selling waaaaaaaaay below the ICO Price.
The scenario is when distribution happens same as the distributors.
A Lot of hunters will race to sell their coins, making the value of the coin to the lowest. This will affect the investors devastatingly.
But when the distribution is on hold. The investor could sell their tokens as is, or up high than the ICO.

Not all members of the bounty campaigns do so. Personally, I try to keep my coins after I receive them, because I know that in the future I will be able to sell them at more favorable prices. But recently I regret that I did not sell at least half immediately, after receiving, because the price is only going down, but this is all due to the situation on the market.

Its simple answer dude, they want fresh money rather than investing in the cryptocurrency realm. So many bounty is work for money, not for the project .

reasons may be:
they get the reward after long time working on campaign,
it may be their only way of earning so they sell it to meet their expenses.
they do not understand the value of holding , so they always sell as soon as it gets listed on exchange.
may be they thinks that value will be down at initial stage as all investors are waiting from long time to sell their coins.

i would prefer to hold the good projects for long time where i am sure aboud the project otherwise i will sell when i see the good price.

Most bounty hunters are participating bounty for money instead of supporting the project or campaign. They think bounty reward is the reward for their hard work and so they sell it to satisfy their own needs.
