I think people who sell off their Bounty rewards tokens don't mostly know how valuable the participated Bounty coin is..

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Many ICOs have realized that Bounty hunters always sell their coins immediately they give it out to their wallets especially when they are on exchanges. What are the reasons why they sell it out and what should bounty hunters do when they are given the tokens.
Some bounty hunters are not interested in ICOs but only in quick awards. Some of them may probably know that price will not grow. There are also people with urgent financial needs. Anyway, holding is more preferable option for investors than bounty hunters.

Bounty hunters are not investors so they have the "work" mentality though there are of course some who choose to be exemption to the rule just like me (and which I really regretted). As workers they have the need for immediate compensation to the job done hence they sell when the tokens are already in the exchanges. Now, many of these bounty hunters are aware that almost all tokens or coins would eventually go down in value after experiencing some pump...so why wait further when the value is already just 20% compared to its ATH? However, we should also point out that many token buyers have the same mentality...they don't hold and they unload when there is already a clear profit to be made.

I think the Bounty participants are mostly impatient to sell due to longer time frame of release of tokens rewards.

The reason why the hunters sell their token is because they're mostly afraid of the crash of price after listing and we all know it takes time before any market can recover after a huge crash.

it may be the reason they are selling immediately they receive a prize maybe because of the type of project they are entering or how long it takes them to get the prize so that it loses confidence in the project and the price may fall or It could be because they need money or can sell it with different coin exchange or maybe the price is profitable in exchange. Different people with different ideas.

Understand that many hunters simply do not think about the long-term prospects they think if they have earned $ 100 a month for the project, that it is wonderful and immediately sell their coins, I think that still you must first give back to investors and then hunters!

They are just playing it safe. it is hard to see new coins that end up staying in the market for a long time so it is better to just sell the coins while you have the chance and convert it to a better coin like ethereum or bitcoin. Also some bounty hunters are just here to make some quick buck so once they get their coins, they are selling it out and taking the money.

I think the most logical reason is that bounty hunters need money for their lives

Because the majority of ICOs after pump in first day of trading fall down and never grow to initially position again. Market is oversaturated with new tokens and new fiat money doesn't come to crypto, so people sell old tokens and buy new and old don't grow because there is nobody to buy them.

A lot of Bounty Hunters sell immediately their bounty reward, because they are afraid, that these tokens after listing on any exchange will fall greatly in price, therefore, they sell them to get at least a small profit

Maybe. But if you choose good project tokens have a great chance to grow in price and make a good profit

Majority of the bounty hunters sell their tokens especially when they are on the exchanges for the fact that they are scared and do not know whether or not the tokens will do so well in the market. So they while they still can and get whatever earning they can from it. Personally, I think you can have a win-win situation if you sell some, and keep a few extra, just in case the tokens become valuable.

It seems to me that such a decision is made because of fear of a possible reduction in the price of tokens in the future. They expect that when entering the market, the coin has a high price.

One of those reasons is the fact that most of those coins are always delayed, so they'll think they've waisted enough time already. Some other sell because they need the cash at that particular time and have no other option than to sell.

Selling immediately might be risky and can cause a deep loss. Sometimes coins which are sold immediately tend to rise on the market. A lot of bounty hunters have regretted selling tokens immediately. There are a lot of stories of such even on this forum.

Because no one have patience, and they do not understand always the real value of coin and potential, and often they are just dumping price on decentralized exchanges and sell their coins below ICO price jest to get money instantly. Not very smart, as for me.

Bounty hunters sell coins quickly because they are afraid that the coins will fall sharply.

There can be different reasons that lead to this situation. First, they feel that the price of tokens will decrease over time. Another reason is that they plan to sell tokens and invest in a new promising project.

maybe they do not care what happens to the future with the token, so when the token has a good future (see from its roadmap).

when the token project is successful in the future, then it is in pastika who immediately sell the token must be sorry in his heart.

That is somewhat true. Most of the bounty hunters are here to make a living so if a bounty goes to their hand and it is already on the exchange, tendency is they are going to sell it. But i've doubt if this could have an impact on the price of the token since the percentage that the ICO allocate for bounty is just small. Dumping of bounties by the hunters simply could not affect the price of the token but dumping by investors will simply do.
