I think it depends on a number of reasons; sometimes you want a reward for your hard work, some coins may not also look promising in the future and you may not want to loose it’s value, some may also sell it out and use the income to invest in other coin which looks promising.

Not all do that.
I know someone who holds bounty rewards for long before selling.
Also some people sell immediately because of financial burdens that needs attention .

everyone has their own personality even though for now most of the characteristics of the bounty participants are selling assets acquired when the first market has been launched but need to be convinced there must be bounty participants who are like investors who hold to see developments

Not all but mostly bounty hunters sell their coins immediately as a lot of bounty hunters doing this work for their daily expenses and they don't have the option to hold them for a long term. Those who are doing it as part-time and have another income source can hold and many of them hold their bounty coins to get maximum value from them.

I do not think they sell immediately because of their daily costs because the fact is that when engaged in the field of crypto, most people always have a steady job, crypto is just a job to generate additional income, not primary income. The reason that they sell immediately, I think they have no faith in the project when the project is constantly being created but the existence and development is not too long, the creators of the project are not enthusiastic, they just want to make money then run away, holding for so long just makes us lose more then not getting anything

They most likely not invested ib tge project and just did it for free coins. My guessis that they immediately convert to btc or eth right after receiving their bounty

Usually you will take advantage it if the reward is too big and Bounty hunters prefer to earn fast profits. I'm also a bounty hunter, but I don't sell my rewards every time! Because I prefer to hold cryptocurrencies for a long time to maximize the benefits! That's what I did always!

That is their job, the just get into the bounty because of the profits, and they are making no progress if they don't change their earnings to some kind of FIAT or a mainstream currency.

Yes it is happening because bounty hunters do not invest their fund to the project and there is no loss If sell any time most of are waiting to earn money this is the main reason most of are selling immediately we can't blame, they do what they wish , But only a few of them hold their token if project is success

this is part of the reason many ico projects fail because after getting tokens the airdrop hunters and bounties immediately sell their tokens. they sell maybe because they really need money and or maybe because new players and don't care what they want just to make money. different from the previous year many of them were hunters who became holders because this was the best way for hunters and the project.

Because tokens of some projects have decent price only for a short time after the ICO and after that they fall down without a chance.

They do that because they need money because most of the bounty hunter join bounty to make income, maybe they need money to fulfill daily basic needs and many more. I also do that when I really need money, indeed I have a chance to make a profit if I hold the token but I have no choice except to sell my token when I need money.

Most people sell tokens / coins from bounty because they do not want the price to decrease more and more. I think it's better for you to do an analysis of the tokens you can, whether it has the potential to increase or not. If you think the token will increase, hold for a while but if you find it difficult to increase, it is better to sell it. So study more and take action according to that

I think that other bounty hunters like me sell their rewards or coin immediately is because of the fact that it is their main source of income. Bounty campaigns are their main job. Although not all bounty hunters. Another reason is to avoid losses. Probably the coin may not have much value or maybe  they would be a dump and another major reason could be that its the bounty hunter's main income there are so many reasons why bounty hunter'sell immediately
