I am buying here, but not enough quantity for sale. Read my posts.
Sorry, I do not quite understand English. I just can not understand why you are not buyers on the exchange, where the sale of 6,000,000 coins hanging. Do you want to buy cheaper than there?

Look at the exchange. There are no coins for sale at under 100 satoshis, and if I want 500k, I have to pay up to 180 satoshis.

That is how markets work. The 'Last' price is irrelevant if there is low volume traded.

Now I think real problem is not GPU-miner itself but broken pool code.

F.e. pool is constantly temporary-baning my miner, but if I restart it it works just fine, giving accepted shares.
It wasn't giving only shitty shares, it was giving real blocks to the pool, with efficiency compared to hashrate on miner itself (not what pool was showing) and it was higher than all cpu miners together.

For me its pool job to make it work, not miner program.
Its normal that people want software which give them more profit.

Lets compare to primecoin algo., which is and will be cpu only long, long time.
You found 6,7,8,9 and 10-chain shares.
But mining on pool gives you 0.0001 reward for 6, ten times more for 7, and so on.

Here with q2c yo can flood pool with any-kind-of-crap and reward is still same.

Update your gpu miner, or use a p2pool.. No more banned worker

I will have to stop mining this coin -- have been running on 20+ CPUs at good rate for about 1 month. Now all my CPUs get 100 coins per day; which does not pay electricity.

I think I will hold my coins for some time, though.

ex_mac, are there other kind of problems with qubit algo or not? There are a lot of people who are trying to diffuse fear and panic selling...

well I liked this coin ... as was ONLY for CPU ... now ... sadly ... I see:
- gpu added => fail

price already hard dropped :/ Currently you can just take it as any other gpu coin that is old and not even on any important exchanges Sad

No I am not trolling or anything... just writing what I feel as the one who mined it since almost start via cpu... Just dont feel this coin is going in right direction "in my opinion" Sad

cpu-pool.net work very well last days... Huh In previous days Im receive around 500Q2C in cca. 5h now in 24h do not receive more than 50Q2C(real I think 10-20Q2C per day) but they use same CPU power... If reason for this are GPU miners I hope they will block them... I don't see reason why if Im 3 days ago "share" around 1-3MH/s CPU power Im receive in day 20x more coins...
forget cpu mining even you are botnet you don't have chance against average gpu,say 270x which beats 100mhs botnet farm with ease. GPU gives much more shares per mhs, so cpu mining is over for qubit

First i would like to thank all the developers for all their hard work on the Qubit. My involvement in this coin was from the start and put the www.Qubitcoin.net website up when it looked like no one was willing to publish a site but just talk about it. The site is the first listing on google and page views continue to go up. My initial interest in the coin was mostly in its CPU mining only and new Algo. Will GPU mining on this coin work, will have to see. Other interest is in its halving rate right now the coin has a great difficulty and block's are at 512. But the main website and the title page here dose not mention anything about it and still shows blocks at 2056. Coin buyers and price should be reflected by the block payout, but the website and forums lead investors to think its still at 2056. This is what investors deciding to purchase will continue to take into account when deciding how much they are willing to invest or pay for this coin, I know i check this info when deciding to buy into a new coin. My point is that PR need's to be a little better, the coin need's PR people who are well versed at English and can help the developers by leaving more time for them to develop the coin and not having to deal with creating silly logos. As far as the logo, its very silly in my opinion and has no connection or symbolism to Qubit. But it is what it is this point and has potential to work, just needs an update to look more professional looking along with some logo's and promo logo's for websites and posts. One thing that it does have is that its non-coin looking and stands out like a sore thumb next to other coins.

This coin has great future and it now time to take it further Qubitcoin.net now has close to 300 members and is growing faster and faster each week. So their is good interest still in the coin. Page views are showing this! Anyone interested in helping out with the site PM me as always, its the communities site, i have just been hosting it for you. I would like to see though a header created with the logo that i can use for the site. Also anyone wanting to take over a forum, create an account and PM me here.

Good Luck to all and thanks for the ride so far!

The Logo is Distinctive... That is fine. A Cube with Q2C on it...looks good to me. If the Community is able to come up with a better alternative in time, then that is fine also.

Would look at the Forum with interest, but the address doesn't work for me (no page).. edit.. please change the link !!! you reversed two characters
