I know it lame Wink  could write ./configure ..  parameter for different platforms c2duo, i5 ...Wink

I have Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X3430  @ 2.40GHz on linux debian ... and not well optimized compile v.1.2

help help help !!

Your processor doesnt support AES-NI instruction set. You have to open the file x5/echo512/ccalik/aesni/hash.c and comment out the line #22. This is
Code:
#define AES_NI
so you have to modifiy in this way:
Code:
//#define AES_NI

Then you can configure with CFLAGS= "-O3 -march=native"

This is bad. What version are you using? minerd-generic.exe? With a non AES-NI processor?

Im try it on VM which run ESX node with 2x DUAL XEON CPU 5160(3GHz) and this VM have setup 2vCPU. As I know only generic version work on it so version without AES-NI and other optimisations...
VM is not problem because same is on my notebook which have Dual Core P8400:

Ok, I'll remove the generic version from windows binaries. My miner uses another echo512 algo and apparently it's faster only on AES-NI processors.
Are you using windows binaries also on Xeon cpus right? Or you compiled it removing the #define AES-NI line?

I didn't build them myself and I use miners only on windows systems... Im use Q2C-cpuminer-1.2b\minerd-generic.exe on both pc's and compare it to old "offical x64" version... On other computers Im not try it...
Wait until someone else confirm that generic version do not work faster than "offical"... Is this your 64bit version?

Looks like krecu  is not interested in coin anymore. I asked him here several times to make an address so we can donate qubits and get listed on some exchange,but still without answer.

Maybe he don't have time to do this or answer...

I think that he is busy with "real life". I hope that he is good, we miss him Smiley

Hey guys.. Dev needs some help...Is there anyone who can be on hand to sort coding jobs ?

Also:  Can anyone look at drafting a new website.. The current one is OK for now, but have a look at the new coins out there which have really slick sites: They are doing well on their presentation alone.

Qubit could really benefit from a PR campaign now.  I am willing to write content.
