The problem are the voting rules of MintPal.
They engage people to spoil the system and let a bot run for coins they don't like.
I'm not even sure whether the person that botted on MintPal was somebody from Qubit or from another coin.

MintPal MUST change the voting system to not punish a coin just because of a misbehaviour of one person.
What about a captcha for voting?

It is really needed for MintPal to realize that the current rules has some issues and can easly be abused.

captcha wont change the chance that you could just use lots of people with a VPN network

For sure would a captcha solve the problem.
You won't just be able to make a script that changes IP every few seconds and autoclick on the voting button.
You could run such a script FOR FREE.

But engaging "lots of people" to change their IPs every time and solve captchas will cost much money.
In this case, you could just buy BTC with that money and donate that. That would even be cheaper than paying that many people.  


I hope that the admin of MintPal reads this topic and understands the problem behind the voting rules.

placebo I agree with you,but you came to our topic and you are promoting klondike and also few other member of kdc community. Which is too suspicious and it is normal that we will think that you have sent trolls and trying to stop us from getting on mintpal with those bots story. People are checking other coin threads often, i'm also checking USDe, Dope, Polishcoin, name it. I've asked the person to remove his comments and i believe he did. As i said it is not good for any of the coins to have this kind of stupid fighting. It is better to work together and try to combine forces, give our community, miners, investors more options and allow us to grow all and not start destroying each other.

Like Qubitcoin can have some interesting tools that Klondike coin doesn't have and the other way around. Adding a coin as extra payment method doesn't cost you anything. In the world you have more then $ alone, you have a lot of currencies, so in altcoin world you can also have a lot of currencies that can make it.

Ofcourse, it is just a matter of time when kdc or q2c will be added on mintpal. We need to promote coins as much as we can and we don't need these kind of promotion and scandals. Anyway good luck.

Q2C will be added to other exchanges as well. Mintpal will get in line when the profit is there.

There are plenty of projects for the Q2C community to get on with... The coin has great genetics and will steadily gain support. Best to concentrate on recruiting developers and marketing people.

And it is clearly that they were interested in qubitcoin,that's why we got so much votes over night,and without donations. Admin of mintpal should check how many people lives in China and then think twice about banning Qubitcoin.

Cryptsy sucks even more. They give a shit about the community.
We've already collected more than 360 votes vor Q2C in their feature requests (=> https://cryptsy.freshdesk.com/support/discussions/topics/72658) and they didn't even notice that the people want to have Q2C to be added. They were not even able to add Q2C to the voting system -.- Very disappointing.

The only thing that coungs for Cryptsy is money. Without massive donations you won't have a chance to be added there.

Yeah, I sent BTC worth $40 to MintPal right before Q2C was removed  .
Let's see what they are doing with that donation. I hope that it will at least count when Q2C is unbanned.
Anything else would extremely suck and be unfair.

The problem is that krecu is away for over a week and nobody knows how he is doing.
The community needs to get active and fight back against that unfair treatment.

So you are trying to promote this coin to be listed on a new exchange while its dying ? Classic pump dump coin.
My advice get help for the dev team, get a new logo or something new that will show investors that you are active!

Then you will get new customers for sure.

I agree that a lot of coins getting listed on Mintpal are dying, but Qubit is not one of them... Other developers are making donations to get their coins listed there because they want to dump their premined/instmined coins. On the other hand, Qubit had a lot of community votes and zero donations by devs.

Copy a private key, remove all files in ./appdata/roaming/q2c, and run qt app. It creates a wallet.dat with new public/private keys.
Set tax per transaction to 0.001Q2C, then navigate to console and type:
importprivkey <your-private key>
It imports private key from old wallet and rescans all transactions.

I lost many other blocks after entering these commands. Now i don't missing only 12 000 but 88 000 Q2C! Now there are no coins from 8th march and from few other days too.

Do you have a backup of your old wallet (.dat file)? Maybe you should try restoring that wallet.
Check into your wallet whether all addresses are listed there. Do you miss some addresses?

Let only register users who traded for some sum of btc vote and  there will be no bots or cheating. Easy. No they just let people abuse vote system and remove coin they want.

But what will be with my coins in new wallet? Should i send all to old account before this? (i have a backup of wallet.dat). I don't want risk to loose all. And I never used that address function of wallet, it's useless for me.
